This is a great vacuum and it has great suction! I like the maneuverability of the machine and it’s easy to empty the canister.

I don't have pets but this vac is teriffic. Love the swivel feature and it does a fantastic job on both carpets and hardwood floors. Best vac I've ever had...which isn't saying much since I've only had 2 in many years but I highly recommend it

I purchased this because it looked light and pet hair friendly. When assembling the unit, I noticed I was not able to slot the bottom cord-wrap holder into the vacuum, in the left hole there was a plastic tab that shouldn't be there and I couldn't figure out a way to remove it. I returned to to Best Buy and sadly they didn't have anymore in stock, so I drove across town to another location and purchased it again. I just went to assemble the new one and it has the same tab in the hole, on the left side, preventing me from attaching the bottom cord-wrap holder. I'm frustrated.

I'm very happy with the suction on the vacuum cleaner. It picks up great, is easy to maneuver and switches easily between the carpet and hardwood floor with the flick of the switch. My only complaint is using the attachments. It's not as simple to use them as any other vacuum cleaner I've ever had. There is a lot of disconnecting and connecting which makes using it a chore. Other than that, I'm very happy with what I got and the price I paid.

I agree with some of the other reviews that it is a pain that the attachment storage bracket doesn't really hold the hand held device in place. However, beyond this, I find that it has good suction and gets things up better than the older vacuum I was using. I am not a big fan of having to empty the dust catcher so often, but I can live with it. Allergies and emptying dirt that is not contained in a closed bag is a little troublesome!

A bit heavy and takes up a lot of space but for the price you definitely get your money's worth. Great suction power and the attachments work great.

It works amazingly well. The only thing I wish it had was more attachments. That's my only negative.

This is great vacuum that does not require bags or any additional equipment. Chord is long. There should be a place to snap on the attachments though, otherwise everything else is good.

This vacuum is lighter weight than my previous one. It has strong suction as well. Doesn't have a retractable cord though.

But that is what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is common to nearly every vacuum cleaner and that is pet hair winding around the brush. Otherwise this is an excellent purchase.

Use for about 3 weeks now and is still great, suction is still like new and appears to work well with dog hair

I bought this vacuum because it had good reviews about picking up dog hair. Immediately when I got home we set it up and it picked up all the dog hair in my carpet. I LOVE IT! & it makes my room smell good!

I've only used it twice since I bought it, but it seems to work well. I like that I can use it on my laminate flooring and tile too. It is a little heavier than I thought.

This product is one of the best vaccums I had, it is on an accessible price and power and cleaning is supreme

This vacuum has great suction capacity, my multicolored carpets got a new shine and sparkle after vacuuming with Bissell. The attachments are very handy too and the pet tool cleans upholstery nicely.

Very glad i made this purchase. For the money one of the better vacuums on the market. Take this from someone thats does a lot of research before making a purchase

I purchased this to replace a vacuum that my girlfriend bought and didn't last a month. I read up on this vacuum and it has held up and delivered as stated.

We purchased this product because it was supposed to deliver great suction power and durability, but two weeks, and five times of vacuuming, later, it lost one of the clip that secure the hose to the unit and the suction power has decreased. For the price, we are getting what we pay for. We recommend this product for use in a small housing unit, perhaps a college apartment/dorm with small pets.

It really gets the dirt out of the carpet in my house. The pet attachment is kind of clunky and it doesn't have on-board storage so im afraid it will get lost.

It was easy to assemble and works great. I would recommend this product.
