    We have two cats with black fur and some white patches. The floors are hard wood or carpeted so we needed a vacuum that could remove fur from a variety of surfaces. The vacuum handles the fur and the different floor surfaces well. The filter and refuse container are easy to access and to wipe out with a damp cloth,
