We have a cat and carpet in our bedrooms and after 2 years this vacuum is still going strong. I purchase replacement filters on amazon and it still works great!

This vacuum cleaner picks up hair well. However, it's hard to use on a shag rug, and it's very heavy. Good part is that the canister can detach to do stairs.

I love this vacuum! It's lightweight and very easy to maneuver. The liftoff function works great for hard to reach places and stairs. It's bagless and the filter can be cleaned and reused. Works well on both hardwood and carpet.

Very good vacuum for the price, good on pet hair. We have had Bissel products and they are generally well-built. Best Buy price was less than the other stores in the area.

Purchased this vacuum because we have long hair dachshunds that shed a lot. Works perfectly and does not clog and the detachable cannister is easy to empty. It's nice to have a vacuum that does not use bags.

The belt for the roller brush keeps coming off. Which requires taking 8 or 9 screws out to remove the bottom cover. Then you have to squeeze the belt back around the shaft and pull it over the roller. Then replace bottom cover and screws. I finally cut a small piece of wood to fill the gap between the shaft and housing to make it more difficult for the belt to come off.

Purchased this vacuum for stairs. I was having difficulty vacuuming my stairs with my previous upright vacuum. The feature of removing canister is perfect.

Vacuum works great, no problem on carpet or hardwood floors. If it had a bigger canister it would be even better. Overall I would say its a very good buy

The vacuum works ok but the long cord takes some time to wrap up each time you use it. It's pretty light and powerful.

I love this vacuum; a new one almost always works beautifully. This is very stable; it and does not fall over when one pulls on the hose. This is better than most of the new ones I’ve had though.

Not the best vaccum cleaner but for the price I purchased it for it was worth the money.

Vacuum works very well. Gets up all kinds of things from our carpet. Had trouble figuring out how to remove the inner part to clean out the stuff that got stuck above, but Google is a wondrous aid.

This was a replacement for a newer vacuum with a mechanical brush actuator that had failed. Electrical actuator seems to work very well. Using to pick up serious amounts of dog hair. No issues so far.

We loved this product until it died after only 3 months. After reading reviews and receiving a rave review from a friend we made the purchase only for it to die 3 months later. It now grabs the carpet and spits everything back on the floor. So disappointed. I did not purchase a warranty and the return date has expired. I’m purchasing a Dyson when there is a good sale on one.
