It worked great and carpets dries very fast. Easy to fill, easy to clean !

Was excited to get this carpet cleaner and was not disappointed. As easy to use as a vacuum except my carpets are clean. I recommend using only half of the cleaner as suggested as low shag carpets don't need as much. My carpets dried fast but were clean and soft. It came with pet stains pre-cleaner which I used on any soiled area and a couple of swipes and the stain came right up. Feeling happy with clean soft carpets. Helped get rid of fleas too.

It is very easy to use. Color is pretty. Cleaning works well. Nice exercise when you cleaning the carpet since it is too heavy.

My carpets have never looked better. This model is heavier than the Bissell I had previously, which makes navigating a little more cumbersome than I am used to, but after a while of working with it, I got used to the difference. It cleans much like the rug doctor. My carpets look almost new. I highly recommend this cleaner.

In have had a few carpet cleaners and this one is the best thus far, easy to use and gets the carpet clean. I especially like the easy of the taking off the parts to clean up afterwards.

Cleans well and easy to use. I have whitish beige carpet and could visibly see a difference after just using the cleaner once. Thankfully did not leave the carpet too wet. Returned my first Hoover cleaner after it took three days with fans to dry the floor.

I have used this several times already and it is a great product. I prefer the single tank. You simply fill the tank with cleaner and water and the dirty water goes into a cell around the tank as it empties. Very easy to use and manage. Overall a good buy.

I love the way the machine is easy to use and easy to clean. the section on it is great and the way cleans the carpet is remarkable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

This cleaner is awesome! Very easy to use and handle. :) It does an excellent job cleaning. Honestly didn't quite get the smell out that I was hoping it would but that could also be the cleaning formula's fault. All in all great product. :)

I bought this rug cleaner to replace my old one. It cleaned my living room rug very well. I like the large capacity tank and how you mix the shampoo directly in the tank with the water.

This is my first cleaner and I absolutely love it! It cleans very well and is so easy to use. My carpet was softer and looked so much better. I am very happy with it!

Easy to use. It really cleaned all of the carpets in my house. It comes apart very easily so you can clean it after use.

With my older Bissell, the cleaning solution was in a separate container that mixed as you sprayed. This newer one has you pour the cleaning solution directly into the water container, which means you have to either use the entire container or dump out the leftover solution. A waste of cleaning solution if you just had a small job. It is a bit more difficult to manuever. Otherwise, the new Bissell works very well and I am satisfied with the job it does. Still, I wish they still made them like the old one.

it is a great machune. easy to handle and operate. does a great job on cleaning and removing dirt. the best part that it almost drys up the carpet.

Dual rotating power brushes work much better at removing dirt and set in stains than the older models that did not have this feature. Easy set up, and easy to follow instructions.

Though the cleaner's not perfect, it is a great deal for the price. It cleans the carpet more than adequately and it's easy to use.

The Bissell carpet cleaner performed a great job. Was easy to use. Our carpet looked brand new.

I just can't say enough, I just love how it cleans, I had the same cleaner years ago and it lasted for at least 8/10 years... this one works great, I used it at my friend’s house on a pet stains and it came up with no issues at all... Love it
