Good product, easy to use and cleaned the carpet like new.

I bought this to clean carpets in an entire house (new to us, but not new) before putting in the furniture. Super easy to operate and performed well. Measuring formula and adding water was a breeze & carrying from sink was easy for wife too. Would definitely buy this again!

I understand a carpet cleaner can only do so much, but this one really did get my carpets clean. I was debating replacing the carpet but decided to try cleaning first. They were heavily soiled and it took four or five passes to get them clean. There's no need to replace the carpet now!

After reading reviews, I decided to go with this model, and it worked as described in the reviews. The heated water part of the description is a marketing ploy that is nothing more than taking the heat of the motor that runs this unit and blowing the hot air onto the water tank, so you have to use hot water from the get go when filling the tank, but at least it keeps the water hot during the cleaning process. Be prepared that the tank will get heavy with clean water and dirty water (separated by a rubber bladder), so if weight is an issue, get one with two tanks for clean water and dirty water. I really like the attachment hose for spot cleaning upholstery. Overall, a great unit for the price.

Works pretty good. I have area rugs. I think you can use less soap then what they tell you. Pretty simple to operate. My 8 year old grandson helped me get it going! I did not realize it is a plastic type bag that holds the soap/water, not a bucket type container. I have never used a machine like this before, so all in all it was pretty easy to operate.

After using it for one month, I am quite happy with the performance of this item. However, I am disappointed that it was listed as doing hard floors, only to find that it does not come with the attachment that it needs to do them. Apparently, it needs to be purchased separately.

I bought this steam/carpet cleaner when my old one burnt up and was damaged in a move. A full tank cleaned all of my carpets in my home in one run! it worked so good that i didnt even need to keep going over the same spots I am very pleased with my purchase.

I am sure it will do a great job on future carpet cleaning jobs. I had a tough carpet to clean and it did a great job. It was good at getting stains out etc. Over all I am very happy with the results.

I can’t imagine my home without one of these. Could be heavier to suck up more of the grimes water but I’ve learned some tricks such as just using the wash mode with white vinegar instead of soap.

Strongly recommend it. Maybe not the best in the market but for the price, the carpet cleaner is great.

This carpet cleaner worked as well as a professional we hired in the past. Got up pet stains that were tough, with little effort. The carpet dried quickly too, despite cold weather outside so we could not open windows.

This rug cleaner has a lot of brushes that are very powerful. The only problem I have is like other people said it only has one tank. There is a bladder inside the main tank. You fill the bladder with cleaner and hot water and then when you clean, the liquid is sucked from the bladder on to the carpet and then the dirty water is sucked back up and into the tank where the bladder is. It's a little weird but seems to work just fine. All in all it does the job very well. The whole thin comes apart very easily to clean.

This is my second bissell pro heat. The first model was very useful but hard to clean they seem to fix all those issues on the second one. They make it easy to remove parts so you can clean dog hair or new carpet fluff from the unit. All of my carpets came up very clean

Had a Hoover cleaner in the past. Needed a new one and decided to try Bissell. So glad I did. Absolutely love it!

I used it on my own carpets as well as my dads carpets. I t did a beautiful job I like the bucket held a lot of the cleaner. It saved me time.

Good machine have to fill and empty for large rooms, but does a great job pulled up so much dirt and dog hair!!! Used hand shampoo to clean cloth car seats work great also!!

It works very good and the carpet drys very fast. I do recommend it work for my 2 bed room.

Steam cleaner cleans well for the price, much better than rentals.

Fantastic carpet/uplostrey cleaner. Completely removed pet stains from our carpet and the smell and removed an old urine stain/smell from my sons mistress.

I was dealing with a very plush carpet with year old stains. While the unit handled admirably with the work the container for fluids is a insane system. The cleaning fluid is stored in a bag that literally lives inside the container for the vacuumed up dirty fluid, so you have a single container. This system limits the amounts you work with heavily and the result is you work for about 15-20 minutes, swap out the dirty water, add more solution and then work another 20 minutes. This drags the job out rather endlessly. If they had used a 2 tank system it would have worked much much better. Also the process of seating the tank is ... not good, it does not use any kind of latches and you have to seat it perfectly or it simpy does not work It gives no real feedback on the process.
