I have an inlaid Berber rug in my basement. We got a lot of water and had mildew stains and water stains. I thought it was ruined. I bought this Pro Heat cleaner and used Final Answer cleaner on it (Final Answer does not have phosphates and is compatible with this machine). I was amazed. It removed the smell and all the stains. It was very easy to use and clean and it is lightweight.

We moved into a home with white carpets. it has wprked well and is very Convenient to have here . No more rent I ng machines

Worked well my carpets without a lot of wet carpets

I was skeptical that this machine would do a good job, but it did. We just bought a home where the carpet was in good shape but it was very dirty. This machine performed beyond my expectations. My carpet looks brand new. I would suggest using the Bissell cleaning product with it, I was impressed with that as well.

I love the versatility of this product. The fact that it can be used on multiple surfaces such as carpet, upholstery, bare floor and wood is excellent. What I like most about it is the fact that it is made to deep clean carpets. The heat wave technology which allows carpet to dry more quickly is great too!

I have dogs and kids and my living room carpet gets filthy. I wanted to purchase a carpet cleaner that I could use every couple of months instead of constantly calling in the professionals. I've only had a chance to clean the room once and it did a fairly decent job. I have some heavy stains and have no expectation that they will disappear but I was amazed at what a great job the cleaner did!

One of the features that I love about this machine is that it has a hose attachment so you can clean your car seats your couches etc. Plus as a very powerful suction and it is heated. I would highly recommend it for the price.

We love our Bissell ProHeat 2x! It deep cleans and is easy to use. Clean up is a super simple and even our kids can operate it.

This is my first time using Bissell and I'm completely impress. I was able to clean all the carpets in my home. Got rid of a the spot and dirtin my carpets. I don't know why I did not own a carpet cleaner before, but I'm glad I chose this company.

I have had a few carpet vac cleaners over the years and this latest one works the best. The double rollers and the heat do a good job cleaning the carpeting. I have very light carpet and went over some areas that I didn't think it would clean all the way and was very surprised that it lifted all of the stains.

I've only used this once but so far am very happy. Returned two others from a different brand that broke down right away. Love the cleaning brushes!

So far have been very impressed with this unit. Cleans very well. Suctions most of the water back out of the carpet, even better than most rental units. The secret is to make multiple passes on suction only mode.

Love this machine, and the fact that it has basically paid for itself 3 times already. I have 4 kids so the option to shampoo my carpet whenever I need to is awesome! This machine gets the job done. The upholstery hose/attachment does wonders on the dining room chairs, and hard to clean spots in the carpet. Only complaint is that it is very time consuming to clean the machine after using. With that said, I am still very happy with my purchase!

Overall this is a good carpet cleaner, but it it is limited in its ability. The suction path clogs if cleaning pet hair soiled carpets which causes the machine to discard hair instead of capturing it. Also, takes a lot of patience to use machine very or else it will not clean well.

had a bissell before this it was good this is the newer model what an upgrade this works great thanx bissell.

works good don't know if water gets hot like it says it does though

I have not had the machine long, but have used it a few times already. Compared to a previous Hoover cleaner, this one is significantly quieter. Removes dirt very well, rug takes slightly longer to dry than Hoover. Small tanks for clean and dirty water may have to change more often, but that is a plus to me since I don't like lugging heavier tanks to change. Very satisfied with results so far.

It's great! Got out a few old stains for me. Does the job well.

We always buy Bissell shampooers and our last one lasted us 4 years. This one is a slight up grade. I like the one tank feature on this.
