bought this one through best buy after our last hoover spent more time in repair than in use. used it twice and it died. Called on the warranty and took it to a Bissell certified repairman....waited over 2 months while Bissel couldn't seem to send them the right part to fix it. Finally they sent us a whole new one. Hopefully this one will last longer.

Weight is good. Cleaning is good. I wish it had a seperate bladder for the shampoo so you could adjust the amount used as you go.

Works great on carpets and upholstery, keeps water warm and is very easy to use.

Bought this to replace my old bissell. It's heavy, awkward, and doesn't work like I had expected. The container is a pain to clean and gets messy. Leaves the carpet soaked and doesn't suck up liquid as expected.

This carpet cleaner is amazing! The suction brought out so much dirt and pet hair from my carpets, I had to go buy a new vacuum cleaner just to prepare the carpet for future steam cleaning. The results are incredible. It removes the stains (using the appropriate cleaning solution), and does a good job reconditioning older carpet.

Easy to setup and use. Like the design better than the Bessel it replaced!

My biggest pet peeve with these is the need to prevent them from rusting by keeping them dry during storage. It's a new item to me so I haven't seen all the quirks, but I like the single tank system and it isn't as difficult to clean as others I've had in the past. The handheld tool is nice since there is no extra set up needed. A little bulky when it comes to storage, but it does the job quite well.

Ok I decent carpet, but the Bissell doesn't leave my carpet as I expected. I think I will try to treat some small stains then use again to see results.
