Works really good easy to use and clean would recommend to others

Cleans well especially with the ProHeat component.

Easy to assemble. Downside is wasting soap because the tanks aren't seperate anymore like previous versions.

good product would recommend too a friend. light weight easy too store. only problem is it drips after use a bit but all steam cleaners do this from the brushes.

The best choice that I could of made . The previous one that I had was horrible so I will never ever buy another hoover ever ever again.

We bought this because we needed an easy way to clean up after an elderly dog. We had the Hoover Power Scrub. Since this ended up being close to what we paid for the Hoover, we decided to give it a try, based on the reviews. Stuff I love about this: 1) We filled the unit once and were able to do the entire carpet. 2) It seems to vacuum up water more efficiently than some of the other carpet cleaners that we've used. The rug was dryer much faster than I expected. 3) I was AMAZED at how well it cleaned up a day-old urine stain and the baking soda that I had put down. 4) Easy to fill and there's an access panel that pops off so that you can get to the brushes. 5) Easy to assemble. Things I'm not crazy about: 1) The "fill" tank is a plastic bladder that seems to sit on top of the dirty water reservoir. I "get" that this is probably designed to prevent the used tank from getting filled, but it grossed me out to have clumps of pet hair ON the bladder. It didn't get into the clean water. 2) It's a little on the heavy side. I wouldn't recommend dragging it up and down the stairs if you don't have to. 3) Soap is an all or nothing, since the soap goes directly into the clean water bladder. Some other units have the option to wash or rinse. This one doesn't. If you want to rinse, it has to be with a clean batch of water, without the soap. And like most carpet cleaners, you can expect periodic, small clumps of wet pet hair, if you have a pet. Other than those three things, I really like this unit and would most definitely recommend it to a friend or family member. Our beige carpet is beige once again and free of any urine smell.

This did a great job in deep cleaning my carpet runners. No set up out of the box. Just add the cleaning solution and ready to go.

This carpet cleaner does an average job. It leaves carpet pretty wet so you really have to go over areas that you clean twice to remove excess moisture, otherwise the carpet will smell for several days. The machine itself is cumbersome to fill and drain. I would say this machine is average at best.

Went through so much work using this vacuum and my carpets looked the same when all said and done

We have 2 dogs one which is only 1 yr old and occasionally having accidents which has been such a problem on our white Berber living room rug...I have used professional carpet cleaners and also have rented the big cleaners and I must say that none have done as good a job as the Bissell cleaner. Was able to get all the stains out and freshen the carpet...no more urine smells. Love this and very much recommend it. Found it very easy to use and clean after.

Best carpet cleaner BY FAR!!! Better than having professionally cleaned. I cannot believe the outcome! I have 5 dogs and 3 boys with WHITE CARPET. Made the decision to invest in a carpet cleaner instead of replacing the carpet. So pleased with this Bissell's performance.

Purchased this to replace a competitor's product that only lasted a little more than a year. This was easy to set up and use right away. It does a good job on pet mishaps that we aren't always able to get to immediately. Being an upright, it is easy to store.

I used to have a Hoover model. This beats it hands down. Very happy with my purchase.
