I have teens that don't take their shoes off at the door. So with that said, they track a lot of outside dirt inside the house. This machine works GREAT! It removes Gatorade stains and dirt really well. It dries relatively quick also.

Easy to use and attachment works the way I wanted. Just wished the main neater bar didn’t spin while using the attachment.

This unit is easy to work with. Not one of those Heavy Machines, With it's Different Water Tanks, you are lifting Lighter amounts of water that are easier to carry and change, refill and clean. It is a Better unit over all the others, by far...

I've had my carpets cleaned professionally many times with varying results and decided to try doing it myself with this carpet cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised to see this cleaned just as well as any of the professional services we've used. It's easy to assemble and use.

I simply love this vacuum cleaner! It's so light comparing to my last vacuum cleaner. I love using this machine for a spot cleaning. I use the machine for my condo was amazed at how clean the carpet look afterwards !!! It was very easy to fill the water and empty the dirty water. I highly recommend this product !!!

Does a great job of cleaning carpet, but my largest complaint is the size of the water reservoir. I have to refill it way too many times, at least for the size of my home. Might be better for a smaller home? I’m not sure if there is a larger alternative.

This is a great carpet. Shampooer, easy to use and a lot of section to pull the water back out of the carpet. Much better than other carpet cleaners I've used at this price.

This unit is lightweight but works like a heavy duty machine. I was in etween this and the smartwash (since I’ve used it before) they work the same! Only difference is the dry/ wet function but it really dosent matter. Def recommend!

This worked so well! It was easy to use after you set it all up. The only thing is that it’s pretty bulky but I guess it would have to be to hold all the water. I even used it to clean my cars seats and it cleaned them very well!

Bought this since my dog has had a few accidents in the house. It works great, only issue is when you deep clean one small room you have to empty the tank about two times. I haven't used the express clean yet but overall it was worth the price! Best Buy does price match as well so please check competing! Highly recommended!

I have dogs and this machine does an awesome job getting out stains on carpet. It is easy to use and a wiz to clean up. Quick pet or spill clean up with a great hose attachments for stairs or chairs I have used it on. A+

I'm pretty happy with my purchase, it worked pretty well with cleaning my carpet. I had to be sure to read the instructions to see how it works, but afterwards it was pretty easy to use. It's takes a little time to have to clean the debris from the vacuum.

I live in apartment and once a year the management company pays to have the carpets cleaned. Well the "professionals" did a horrible job, the only difference after they were done is the carpet was soaking wet. The next day I went out and got this machine and what a difference. The carpets look practically new again. I definitely recommend using the professional solution for high traffic areas. The only downside is the size of the tanks.

Cleans very well, easy to use, haven't tried the deep cleaning setting yet but the middle setting does a great job and uses less water than the highest setting, so it doesn't take as long to dry.

Overall a good product. Cleaned what we wanted it too.

This shampooer performed as advertised. a very good product. It cleaned my carpet and restored my carpet like new. I can recommend this product. it is very easy to use. Just follow the enclosed instruction in putting together the parts and how to use this shampooer. Very excellent Shampooer.

I do dog rescue so need a hardy carpet cleaner! I really like the way that this cleans the carpets!
