I have 3 dogs this carpet cleaner works great on getting my carpet clean

It's no joke the suction and how it makes the carpet look. It really brings it back to life so to speak. It picks up everything carpet wise and regular flooring.

Easy to use and also very light compared to the ones with massive tanks on them. Took less than five minutes to assemble and love the ability to do a quick light clean and also a deep clean

We are very happy with our Bissell cleaner. It is easy to use and does a excellent job cleaning our carpet. We bought it because we have 2 dogs and it lives up to its billing.

Cleans really well. Especially deep cleaning. The only problem I have with it is when it’s not in use it will leak water on the floor.

Works really well, it's light too compared to ones I've used in the past. I've done my entire basement, which is just over 1000 sqft with ease. So fresh smelling now. I would recommend it to others.

it did very well cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I have 2 dogs and a cat, it seems there is always pet hair around inspire of daily vacuuming-the shampooer didn't get clogged. It was easy to clean the unit when I was done,

Very easy to use, it works better than I expected. the amount of dirt and other unwanted ichyness that came up surprised me. It does take a bit long than normal vacuuming but worth the extra time, and just as easy

I found this Bissell cleaner to be very easy to assemble, easy to use when cleaning carpets. The Bissell cleaner worked better then expected to clean very heavily stained carpets. Definitely worth the purchase.

I usually just rent a rugdoctor becuase it had always done a better job than the cheap shampooers that you could buy at a department store. I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power and cleaning ability of this carpet cleaner. Although the tanks do not hold as much as the industrial cleaners, it is more than adequate for home use for the money.

This vacuum worked wonders in cleaning stains left by my dog who has separation anxiety. It includes two sample formula bottles that are good for one time use, so I recommend purchasing a spare solution/formula bottle to avoid a trip back. The deep cleaning feature advertises the dry time for carpet for about 8 hours, while the express cleaning feature has a dry time for about 30 minutes. Be warned - make sure you vacuum properly with a regular vacuum first or else you will get a lot of dust/hair/dirt caught in the front lip while using the solution water to clean.

Love my new Bissell. I had a rug doctor abd it broke after six months. Replaced with a new one and it broke after three uses. The bissell is lighter and cleans better.

Does what it says. Good product at the price. No issues at all.

Love this machine, used it with ease around the house. Needed to return because the water retainer swelled up i'm guessing because of warm water. Did the job I needed.

Love the way it cleans. Not heavy. Great portable machine to clean after your pets. Cleaning the machine is not that easy to clean after using. Overall, it does it’s job.

If you are a pet owner, you know that your carpet will not last clean for a ling time. After adopting a German Shepherd puppy, our carpet became really dirty. I did a lot of research and came across the BISSELL ProHeat 2X. I put the BISSELL to use two days after getting it and was somewhat disappointed. To start, the tanks are really small so you will find yourself having to constantly empty the dirty tank out and filling the clean tank. I did my living room, dining room, hall, and one bedroom and it was a nightmare having to empty and fill the tanks out so much. To be fair, I did have it in the Max setting, but that is way too much empty and filling. As for the cleaning effectiveness, it did manage to pick up some stains and make the carpet look a bit cleaner. The other problem was the drying time. I'm not sure if it is normal, but it took around two days for my carpet to completely dry. I followed all instructions on how to perform the cleaning, and even went with BISSELL's cleaning solution. Overall, I'm not 100% satisfied with my purchase and wish I could have found something better.
