Pretty simple to use, light weight & handles our general shampoo needs. I don't think it is quite as intense as the rental machines, but it is much more convenient & accessible. I can shampoo smaller areas & really take my time.

Purchased for large daycare center carpets. Easy to assemble. Very lightweight and quick work. Great suction power as it pulls back the soiled water from carpets. Truly allows carpets to dry in time for next day reading centers.

The carpet shampooed is an Excellent cleaner. The stains came up.

The Bissell Proheat carpet cleaner has done a great job on my carpets. Its easy to use and maneuver . It is light weight and quiet for a carpet cleaner. It is hands down a better machine than the Hoover I used to have.

Needed to replace our aging carpet cleaner. Works well, but almost every stain I've used it on REQUIRED use of the pretreatment products or the stain returned in a few days. Works very well, plenty of suction, and does what it should.

We needed to purchase a carpet cleaner since our old one had broken and couldn't be fixed. This turned out of be an excellent purchase. It was a very good price and does a great job - carpets look clean and perfect.

Much lighter than my previous carpet cleaner but worked well. Two tanks for clean and dirty water made it easy to clean after use. Seemed to pick up the water well. Generally good for lighter cleaning.

This is an excellent vacuum with good suction. It cleans the carpet well. My only complaint is that it is on the heavy side. I like the extra long cord.

I moved into an apartment that had dark stains on the carpet I thought would never come out. I rented a carpet cleaner through Home Depot in hopes it would lessen the stains but it didn’t. I went to redo my carpets again and I decided to purchase this since we have pets. My only hope was to clean the carpets from all the pet dander but to my surprise the stains came out completely! The carpet feels and looks so much better than when we moved in. Would definitely recommend!

I have an elderly dog that had a few accidents and needed to clean up a rented apartment. This shampooer did an excellent job. Different solutions work better than others though depending on the type of stain you're trying to clean up. Only minor comment would be the reservoir fills up pretty quickly so it can take a while to do an average to large sized bedroom/living room. Also, read the instructions and believe them when they say you have to go very slowly when sucking up the water otherwise you will be left with very soggy carpet. Basically, have patience!

I bought this shampooer to replace my older Bissell. It really got my carpets clean. Also, easier and lighter than my old one. Very happy with it.

This little thing gives carpet stains a run for their money! I had a senior pet that was losing its abilities and leaving messes where they shouldn't have been. My little handheld cleaner had run its course and that led me to upgrade to this carpet cleaner. Having never had an upright cleaner before, I was hesitant but was blown away at how fantastic a job this does! You will not be disappointed. Not only does it tackle the toughest of jobs, it leaves no trace behind. I can't see the where the mess was, nor can you smell that it was there!

Grocery stores stopped renting carpet cleaners due to Covid. Bought this out of frustration.. works great.. water tank could be a little larger.. easy to clean
