Very nice shampooer it does a great job for a very responsible price

I've rented rug doctor 3 times before i bought this vaccum and it didnt do as close of a job as this vaccum. After just one pass my carpet was so clean and fluffy. And i love how easy it is to clean. #NoHassel

This cleaner cleans very well. It pulls pet hair out of the carpet. It comes with a cleaning tool to clean the brushes of the cleaner.

I could not believe how much dirt this shampooer got out! Easy to use and the hot water I use stays hot with the pro heat feature. I ordered the squeegee for my tile floors, but have not used it yet.

Owned several carpet cleaners over the last several years. I’ve even owned a commercial one that I picked up used. This is the best cleaner for carpet of used to date. Brushes do a great job of getting the dirt out of the rug and the suction is pretty good for a consumer product. This carpit cleaner is pretty good just wish it was easier to clean out.

We haven't had a cleaner for a while. The Bissell really picked up the dirt, the water was very dirty. Easy to put together and easy to use.

Took some getting used to, considering this is our first upright stain remover, but all in all it works wonders. Main reason for this purchase was because my senior cat with kidney issues, urinated on the dogs bed, and it soaked through and into the new carpet in the basement... with the right solution for the Bissel, and 2 deep cleans later, it pulled all of the urine and odor out of the carpet, with no residual smell left behind. This also does perfect when cleaning up his hairballs & the dark fluid that usually comes after he throws up.

Brought this unit home from Best Buy and within 15 minutes I was cleaning a bedroom carpet. Simple to use, great job on the carpet, looked like new. I love having this in my home. Keep it clean Bissell.

I bought this cleaner on the road setting up our trade show booth. We use white carpet in our booth, and due to extenuating circumstances the white carpet was damaged in a bunch of places due to forklift wheels burning through the plastic protective covering we put over the carpet. Not good! So I made a quick run to Best Buy and landed on this unit. The unit did require several slow passes over the toughest stained areas, and not all of them were removed 100%, but we were really impressed with how much of the stains did come up. This thing really saved the day, we were talking about having to patch in carpet which would have been extremely expensive.

The best carpet cleaner I have owned. It’s so lightweight and easy like a vacuum. I am thoroughly impressed and my carpets look and smell amazing! Get it.
