Great shampooer ! Highly recommend this one. I've had other types and brands and this one beats them all.

This vaccum is extremely loud. Very difficult to properly clean and almost smells smokey when youre not using the water/solution to clean. This also spits back out dust when doing from carpet to hardwood.

This is first time I bought any carpet cleaning machine and I am very happy with the result. Very user friendly and works well. Only thing bothered me that drying time was mentioned 2 hours but it took around whole day. I am attching pre and post pics, you can see the difference.

This carpet cleaner is amazing! I used to hire professionals to come and clean my carpet, I have one cat and two small kids so I would always have to hire professionals and it cost so much money! This machine is so good that it practically pays for itself because I no longer have to hire carpet cleaning professionals!! I would definitely reccomend this! It's built extremely well and it cleans the carpets perfectly and leaves them looking brand new.

This is probably my 5th Bissell Steam Cleaner over the last 15 years. I decided not to spend top dollar this time because regardless of the model/price they don't seem to have the longevity to make it worth the investment. PROS: Excellent suction (so far) Light weight Fairly quiet Cleans well CONS: Unlike some of the higher priced models, you mix solution directly into water so there is no way to adjust the solution level as you clean or do a water rinse (without first using up the current water tank) Pet hair is beginning to accumulate in the machine and I can't find an easy way to remove it. I can see this is beginning to affect suction. The tanks are somewhat small. You have to dump the dirty water quite often although there isn't much because the foam from the cleanser causes the machine to sense it being "full".

Gear belt broke after a few uses. Unexpected for such a good quality brand and price.

I purchased this carpet cleaner after returning a more expensive professional brand, that never worked. This carpet cleaner is smaller than my vacuum cleaner. All of the attachments are in a storage bag instead of being on the cleaner, which makes it lighter and easier to store. They have made it exceptionally easy to clean and take care of. The first time I used it, it cleaner better than any other one I have ever used. It has two different settings, 1 for deep cleaning and the other for express cleaning. The only con that I have encountered is that the water reservoirs are smaller than others, it requires a more trips to the sink. On the bright side it keeps it lighter and easier to carry. All in all I would recommend this to anyone especially with kids.

I've only used it so far to clean my couch which has never been cleaned since we bought it 4 years ago. I didn't realize how dirty it was until I saw the before and after pictures and I dumped the dirty water. My only complaint is that when you use the tool and spray the solution, one jet sprays completely sideways and will shoot multiple feet away hitting no where near your target area. Other than that, it is excellent and I cannot wait to tackle my carpets next.

I wanted to clean the light, grayish-white wall to wall carpet in the upper level of my house, but I also wanted a product that wasn't going to be too heavy. After reading many reviews I decided to try this one since it was on sale at the time, and so far I'm very pleased with it. Filling the clean water tank with water and cleaning solution is simple, but I do have some reservations about the accuracy of the 'fill to' line for the cleaning solution. On my first fill, I used the 'fill to' line on the tank, but then I realized it took about 1/2 of the 8oz complimentary bottle, which is quite a bit more than the suggested 2.5 oz. Not a big deal, but after that I started using the measuring cup that was included. Emptying and replacing the dirty water tank is very quick. After the first room was clean, I decided to wait until the next day to clean the rest of the floors, so I broke the unit down to see how hard it was to clean; it was very simple. The only problem I had was the next day when I was about to finish the second room and realized that I hadn't snapped the brush cover back in place so it was losing suction... which meant about half of the water wasn't recovered. Easy enough to fix, and then I just went over the room again. The carpets look and smell great. There were a few spots in high traffic areas that I had to go over 2-3 times, but eventually they either were gone or were so faint you couldn't really notice them. I did try the hose with the attachments on the stairs, and it did a good job, although I wasn't expecting alot since there was no brush on the attachment. Overall, I'm very pleased with this machine.

Even though I don't have any pet now, I was truly surprised to see what came up from my carpet. I usually vacuum every weekend to keep my home looking and smelling nice. I thought I was doing a good job but when I used this Bissell deep cleaner it blew me away. I was getting the fine fur up from my carpet and the traffic dirt. Wow, what a difference it made. Once it dried, I had a new carpet again. I give this product a five star because it does a great job, it's not too heavy and it's easy to use.

The Bissell ProHeat 2x is does a good job cleaning my carpet. It is easy to use. It is also easy to clean the unit when finished. I did need to refill the tank reservoir and empty the dirty water very frequently. This could be inconvenient when cleaning a large home with wall-to-wall carpet.

I could not give it a full 5-star rating yet in that I have not used all of the features it has in order to give an overall realistic review. But, from what I have used of it, it seems to do the job and do it well. My dog, the other day, had an accident in the formal sitting room, and from what I can tell, this carpet cleaner did the job. so far, I am pleased with it. Pretty easy to use. Not heavy/cumbersome to manipulate. Pretty quiet especially compared to my other carpet cleaner of which this one is replacing. When I have time, I want to play around with its other features.

lightweight, easy to use, really strong can clean up the toughest messes, use hot water and the right carpet solution, easy to add solution with clearly readable sight lines, automatically shuts down when catchcan is full, no messes, although it does leak a little (stays wet, obviously) so you'll want to park this thing on an easy to wipe down floor area, like the kitchen or nearby bath, but definitely worth the money, got it on clearance!

Bissell makes the best carpet cleaners ever!! This machine is a miracle cleaner on the dirtiest stains that I had on my carpeting from people tracking in dirt over the winter. My beige colored carpet had a black path of stains from my garage door hallway to the kitchen. Then I used my new Cleaner & with a couple passes of this machine it made my carpeting look brand new. Plus I have a dog who periodically has accidents and it sucked not only the stain out but the smell too. I'm so happy with the purchase of this product. Also, Best Best let me to do a price comparison with Amazon so I got an extra $20 off the price. It was easy to assemble and so easy to use plus lightweight. I'm so excited to clean my bedrooms and try out the upholstery tools to clean my recliners too. I am surely going to get my money's worth out of this machine with having kids and a dog that track in dirt all the time. It's as easy as using a vacuum cleaner to attack stains as soon as they appear. Thank you Bissell and thanks Best Buy!!

We had a pro heat 2 that was at least 5 yrs. old and never did clean very good, it had the bladder water tank. I was going to buy a Hoover, but salesperson said this one had better rating from our store. It does clean a lot better and easier to clean the machine afterwards. The cleaning fluid doesn't go very far on heavy clean, but you can see it pull dirt after second pass.

Got this cleaner because I have two pups that put my carpet to the test during potty training. There were stains and a little urine odor (ew) coming out of the carpet. This cleaner literally made my carpet look brand new again and smells great. The machine itself is very light weight and easy to put together. The only downfall I have with it is after turning machine off, it lets out a LITTLE puddle of the dirty water so I’d recommend putting it under a towel for 5 mins after cleaning carpets to prevent getting the dirty stuff on your floors.

I'm going to start off by saying that my home is very active and includes cats and kids. I bought this to help maintain a very nice area rug that I have in my living room. It's a THICK rug. I bought this shampooer over a month ago and have used it several times. With that being said, I think it does a decent job. Nothing like a professional cleaning but definitely far better than anything else i could use. For the day to day traffic on my rug, it does great! For the stains it does a wonderful job too. For pet stains and oders it does very well BUT I have noticed an issue. When trying to get as much water and "dirt/fluid" up out of the rug there's not enough weight on the front end of the machine where the suction is to properly take up all the cleaning solution and mess. If I apply a little pressure to the front end of the machine/suction area it sucks up EVERYTHING. To some that may be a major flaw but for me and what I need it for it's a minor inconvenience. But that may be due to the face that my area rug is very thick. I have not had the chance to try it on any other type of rug. Putting it together was easy. I really enjoyed the sample cleaning solutions that were included. So much so that I only buy the antibacterial solution now. Very easy to care and clean up the machine. I actually enjoy using it. I have not used the attachments as of yet. All in all I'm pretty happy with my purchase. My living room smells great and looks squeaky clean!

Love this thing!! It’s light, it got the job done. Only “downside” is I had to refill he tank once during the living room cleaning. Minor in comparison to the size and maneuverability. 2 thumbs up over here!

The BISSELL Proheat Revolution carpet cleaner is a great product. I’ve used rental carpet cleaners which were cumbersome, clunky and invariably messy. The BISSELL did a great job, even better than the rented machines. Very easy to use and clean up. Product is durable and a nice size. Carpet dried in a little over 4 hours and the result was great. I recommend this product.
