I was skeptical when I opened the box, thinking that it probably wouldn't be up to the task of cleaning my son's carpet. I was quite surprised. It's a little loud, but it really has the suction power to pull up stains. I was even able to use the attachment to clean stains off of a mattress. Great purchase and I hope to use it for years to come.

Don't rough house the product and it performs fine. The water tank uses weight to keep the seal tight, so keep it full. My only con so far is the cleanup. I have a lot of pet hair and I wanted to get more out of the bottom than that little tool was going to do for me. But otherwise, it is easy to use, easy to put together and has done a great job on express clean. I haven't tried deep clean yet, but that is next on my list.

Bissel upright deep cleaner
