Starts to leak after a while. It was ok and and then startsd having problems all at once

It's easy to set-up, easy to use, and does a great job cleaning our very light colored carpet without much effort. I feel like a got a good product for the price.

This is an awesome cleaner! I have dogs so my carpet was looking really dingy. And this Bissell cleaned my carpets fantastically! The only thing I wish was that the tanks were bigger

This machine does a really good job at getting liquids and water out your carpet. My only complaint about the machine itself is that I wish it could hold more liquid. It seems like just doing a deep clean over a smaller section seems to fill up the waste bin pretty quickly. But - other than that, it seems to get the job done. I should also note that the Bissell soap feels to me as though it leaves behind a bit of a residue on the carpet fibers when used - so be prepared for that. We were using the sample soaps that came with the machine.

This carpet cleaner is really light and easy to push around. It's also very easy to use. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that it leaves balls of pet hair everywhere. I knew this going into getting this product, but thought I would vacuum really well beforehand. I thought wrong. I also didn't notice a big difference of the before and after in the 2 rooms I did. I could be doing something wrong. In the instructions it says 2 sweeps with water spray and think this is too much as it took a very long time to dry!

So far it’s been working very well. Did an excellent job on the pet stains and was fairly easy to clean the machine afterwards.

I got this particular cleaner because it was right in the range that I could see spending on a carpet cleaner. I like that it has double scrubbing rollers. It actually does something more than just spraying solution down and sucking it up. I mean really, what's the point of those types of carpet cleaners? This cleaner took care of some pretty hefty stains. I highly recommend it if you have pets. It even comes with a tool to clean pet hair out of the unit.

as a dad to 6 dogs over the last 12 years(3 puppies) i am very experienced at carpet cleaning,using several types of cleaners,including rugdr. this unit is more convenient than rugdr.best features are double row of brushes and hot water.only used 3 times,so i need more experience to give 5 stars.

Used it to clean my house first and it's amazing. If you use the fast cleaning option it dries quick in less than an hour, of course at 65 degrees and above. If you use the deep clean option that takes longer maybe up to 10 hours. However, the results are great. Carpet smells clean and remoed some spots. Additionally, I used the small cleaning head and the hose to clean a sofa. Here it did an impressive job, sofa looks brand new and smells clean.

Very good and reliable carpet machine... it does the job and scrubs your rugs too... the only thing is when u leave the clean water in the tank , it leaks every where on your rug

Great carpet cleaner for smaller spaces. We have a 12’x18’ space and it has to be refilled (and emptied) twice. It is very easy to use.

This works really well. With any cleaner I have used, I wish the water bucket and extraction tank were bigger. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this product.

As hardwoods and vinyl floors continue to be the rage, I still have carpet in my basement that gets beyond dirty due to the animal traffic (an accidents). This cleaner tackle those issues with ease and went back for more. I was truly shocked at how much dirt was in the carpet. Even after a what I thought was a thorough vacuuming . Cleaner comes with plenty of attachments for floor, upholstery and car.

I’m very impressed with the look and functionality of it so far. It’s very lightweight for a carpet cleaner and easy to use.

I weighed out the options of the newer more expensive model and the differences did not effect the end result. We rent and the carpet may not be the best quality however it cleaned really well and the water was way dirtier than I had expected. I like the two sample bottles of cleaner they included but it didn’t cover my whole 1070 square foot apartment. I didn’t realize there were tools to clean out any pet hair blocking the suction openings so toward the end the hair prevented it from auctioning at it’s full capacity but that is my error.
