I bought this carpet shampooer to replace one that was over ten years old. Wow, what a difference in technology. This Bissel is half the weight and twice as strong as my old Hoover. It was much easier to set up and clean and it was pulling out dirt that was buried deep in the carpet. I have two dogs and use it frequently. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. The only complaint I have? The power cord is shorter than you would expect. I had to unplug and replug twice to do my whole house and it's only 1100 square feet.

I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!! I have 2 cats, a dog, the husband and 2 kids with light carpets...yeah I know!! First off, it's soo easy to assemble and use! It's very lightweight compared to my Bissell ProShot Machine. It felt like I was vacuuming LOL. Its sleek enough to go under the sofa and loveseat. The suction and how it makes my carpets look brand new...OMG!!!! Anytime there is a spill, I can just whip the machine out and clean it quickly. So worth the investment!!

The unit works as described, it takes us a few passes to get our carpets cleaned. Cleanup is easy to do. The hose needs a little better suction but gets the job done.

This works like magic. My son threw up on the carpet and I wasn’t able to get it all up for a few days until I purchased the Bissell Pro Heat. The carpet looks brand new. The pike is still soft and not stiff. You can’t even tell that there was ever a stain.

Good cleaner for the price. I like the double brush which most cleaners don't have. Light weight for carrying upstairs. Cleans well. I like the separate water jugs instead of the bladder like my last cleaner. Just wish the cord was longer. Have not tried the hose and attachments yet but like the fact that they are detachable. My last cleaner had the attached hose that kept falling off and getting in the way.

Worth the money!! Take the time to get used to how it cleans. You don’t need to spray the water as much as you think. I say, when pulling back, spray the whole time and push forward, slowly. For one row, I spray twice and just go over it a few times after. It just like one of those heavy bigs one, but you tend to push it faster because it’s lighter. You’ll love it.

I originally intended to buy a Hoover shampooer to replace the one that I previously had that had a broken hose on it. The salesperson pointed me to this one because of the way that the cleaning brushes rotate on the Hoover and number of returns with the Hoover. I am very happy with this shampooer as it is lightweight, easy to use, cleans carpet well and all for 169.00. Shop the price to get best deal.

Loved how easy it was to assemble, move and use. Did a great job refreshing my carpets. The only thing i didn't take into consideration was the hose being separately stored instead of on the cleaner.

I've had this for a little over a year, this is a great way to get out stains on carpet or upholstery. Cons With the carpet cleaner: will leave clumps of animal hair (after vacuuming twice prior to using the carpet cleaner) , I've had this unit for over a year and have used it for only one bedroom with carpet less than 9 times and had to order a new brush assembly from the manufacturer as the cog where the belt sits on was completely torn apart (no clue how this happened as I haven't used it heavily) Cons with upholstery: it gets water/solution EVERYWHERE if you don't have it firmly pressed against the cushion. It works really really well and I am happy with how clean my couch cushions are, but expect to have to mop around the area you're working with as there is significant over spray Side note: do not lose the little rod needed for cleaning out hair because you can not find anything else to get into the small spaces to grab the hair/debris that gets trapped in the gaurd.

So far this thing is amazing! It’s light, easy to use, easy to clean and the rotating brushes kicks butt. It works so good that it makes me wonder what the heck my old carpet cleaner was doing except spraying water & sort of sucking it up. If you get this carpet cleaner you won’t be sorry.

I appreciate hows lightweight the Bissell is; it is easy to maneuver. Moreover, the claims about how well it sucks the water out of the carpet are not exaggerated. The newly shampooed carpets dry quickly. Additionally, changing out the bins works smoothly. It can take a bit of time to clean the brushes, though.

This is the second one i have bought havjng used jt so often it that easy that i wore my 1st one out. They are simply as easy as vacuuming and the fill and empty so easy with no mess, then have amazing suction that the floors dry very quickly. I have yet to meet a stain it does not remove.

This unit is lighter and more streamlined than the one it replaced. Super easy to use and it cleans well. The difference is my old one seemed to pull up more of the dirty water. This model doesn’t pick up much at all, leaving it in the carpet. Also my cleaning fluid and water used to be in separate containers. This one makes you mix them in one container.

The only downside of this machine is that it does not seem to suck out the water/detergent mixture as well nor thoroughly as my older carpet cleaner. However, it seems to get the grime out of the carpet better with a smaller amount of detergent & fewer times…even if there is more liquid left behind. Therefore, it took longer for the carpet to dry, but it seemed to do a better overall job than my previous machine. The detergent and the waste are respectively very easy to use, not bulky, and are very user friendly. This is not the most advanced pet model, but it seemed to do very well with all the dog hair and mud, so it’s great for the price. Pairing with the pet solution produces best, most efficient, best lightly smelling results!

I have a small dog and use this to get that doggy smell out of my area rugs. Is lightweight and easy to use and my home smells fresh and clean. Very happy with this product!

Ok, it works great, especially with the "wet" pet messes other than urine. Still not gettin' it? My 15 year old dog not only had digestive issues, but also suffered from fecal incontinence, too. Got the picture now? Oh, yeah, it also cleans carpet and furniture of normal dirt, too. Pros: 1. Highly effective at cleaning up bad dog messes from plush carpeting. 2. Comes with numerous attachments, including a hand held one for stairs and furniture. 3. Cleans carpeting and furniture well. 4. I have a long haired dog, and no matter how much you vacuum, there’s always hair. That said, the Bissell has never clogged, and it has combed up some major dog hair. Cons: 1. And this is a major con, the dirty water reservoir will not hold as much water as the clean water reservoir. What I mean is the clean water reservoir is roughly one gallon, but the dirty water reservoir is maybe half that if not less. So when you’re cleaning, you have to stop roughly 2 times to dump the dirty water, then 1 more time to refill the clean. The dirty water reservoir should be large enough to hold 1 gallon so you can be more efficient. It’s like way back in the day when windshield washer fluid reservoirs in your car would only hold 4/5ths of the blue washer fluid leaving that 1/5th to roll around in your trunk or back seat until it leaks. 2. There needs to be an automatic agitator of sorts on the hand held nozzle. As it stands, there’s just like these rubber finger like nubs that essentially manually agitate or massage the area, but I think an automatic one, like on some vacuum cleaners, would be better. 3. The dog hair. The cleaner is marketed towards pet owners, but it’s difficult to clean pet hair out of it. They include a flat tool used to essentially dig out the hair from the cleaner's head, but it almost seems like an after thought. It works, but it’s clunky as heck. Also, I don’t know how to clean the brushes. If there’s a way to take them out, I haven’t found it yet. Regardless, the dirty brushes haven’t been an issue… yet. The pros far outweigh the cons. It’s a solid machine and a time saver.

The best carpet cleaner around. You want one with good value and durability, this is it. Within second it removed months old stains. Downside is that the solution is separate. Other than that it’s a great product . Highly recommend!

This vacuum is easy to use and easy to clean. Light weight and easy to move. It is difficult to store and maintain all the accessories.
