I have owned more expensive carpet cleaners but the BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner gets the job done as well as the more expensive counterparts. It is easy to use and lighter than most, which makes a difference when it is full of water!

The machine is as described. I like that it is less bulky than most other comparable machines. The cleaning power is adequate for moderate jobs, and it is very easy to use and clean.

The Bissell 2X is well worth the money and lives up to the previews I looks at before purchasing ti form Best Buy. So far have have deep cleaned my home and my sisters' home. She could not believe the amount of dirt and how black the used water was. My only negative thought is that when deep cleaning it takes quite a while to dry. Highly recommend..

I have two cats and also so a lot of outside yard work. Between me and the cats, we track a lot of dirt in the house. I was amazed how good the carpet looked after the cleaning. It looked like new. The unit is lightweight and is easy to use.

Love it! So lightweight and user friendly. So simple to use / operate and it cleans carpets and area rugs well. Was dry in like 2 hours.

We have rented several carpet cleaning machines from Petsmart and other stores. This by far blows them away. This cleaned up stains that of been set for over six months and when using the shampoo natures miracle you cannot even tell you ever have pets

My wife is so happy with this product it's very light and easy to use and does the job very well money is worth it specially with this virus situation help to keep home nice and clean.

Our (very) old Bissell carpet cleaner finally quit and of course my wife needed to clean the carpets. She looked on Best Buy and found this gem at a very good price. I ordered it and picked it up at the nearest to our home, Best Buy store. The very next day my wife cleaned our two spare bedroom carpets and proceeded to clean our bedroom carpet as well. She was thrilled by this lightweight cleaner and how well it extracted most all of the water when she was done. She told me that this cleaner was quite a bit lighter and much easier to use than our old one. She highly recommends this carpet cleaner.

Very easy setup of machine and cleans great. I would recommend this unit.

Have had several steam cleaners over the years,but this is best by far,very easy to use,no having to put the handle to the floor to remove a tank which is a nice change,good suction and cleans well.

This carpet cleaner is amazing, especially considering the price. It has two levels of cleaning, though I prefer to keep it on deep clean. It has powerful suction and it makes the carpet look as though a professional stopped by. This was a huge upgrade from my last carpet cleaner, but only cost about $60 more. This carpet cleaner is great, light weight, and easy to use!

This is my second carpet cleaner. First was another brand. It broke prematurely I felt. Why I switched brands. Cleans about the same. Cleaning quality more in the detergent you use than the machine imo. Really my only complaint is that the manufacturer advertises the large water tank, but they haven’t designed an equal wastewater tank. Have to empty the dirty tank twice for each clean. It’s pretty often also. Went through six tanks of water cleaning a 20x14 bedroom. Does dry well. Room was dry about 5-6 hours after use.

Don't bother spending more for the "pet" model, this baby is packed with features and great engineering already. The ease of cleaning over former models is so much better!!!! Using the machine, cleaning the dirty water out, adding soap, filling hot water, self-heated tank, ALL improved greatly and just love to have an excuse to pull this baby out! Note: don't buy soap at the store, go online where you can get the easy-fill caps.
