Besides the genius design of how the tanks fill, sit nicely on a flat surface, empty and clean, Bissell has gone much further than before by adding true motorized agitation of the carpet for superior results in pulling out the dirt and stains. On top of that, this unit also pumps hot air through the clean tank area to keep it warm! *If that isn't enough, they now have a fully functional hose and attachments to clean furniture and other hard to reach places! (water and suction run through the hose directly). NOTE: do not buy the big bottle of detergent unless it has the yellow quick fill cap. that makes putting the soap in 10 times easier. Upon my first cleaning of a recently cleaned carpet, I pulled out what looked like chocolate milk! This baby works well! I didn't find enough reason for us to own the higher model as the cost is much more, but I see how that model can be easier to clean the rollers and has a better attachment for hose if you do have shedding pets.

Works very well, couldn't believe the dirt that came out of my carpets. Only complaint is that you have to keep filling the water tank.

You wouldn’t believe the amount of dirt and animal hair this carpet cleaner can get out of your carpet. It is easy to use, fairly lightweight (compared to others), and gets your carpet clean. The hose is great for hard to reach places like inside closets.

Bought this for my wife as a gift she loves it and it's light weight and does a great job cleaning carpet and upholstery.

Considering the price, I would absolutely recommend this carpet cleaner. It’s relatively light, easy to use and it does the job well. I like that it has light, medium & heavy cleaning settings, to meet the needs of the mess at hand. Pet messes are gone in few passes with Max clean, and I think using the Express clean in the whole house every once & a while will help keep the dust levels down. Like my other Bissell (spotbot) the tanks are a bit awkward to fill and empty, and there are small leaks after it’s turned off. It’s not so bad once you figure out the minutiae; I put it in the tub and tip it a few directions for the water still in the pipes to run out, and I keep a small towel with it to wipe up the drips of the floor. Then it fits in the closet next to the spotbot and vacuum cleaner. I do wish one could disengage the brush rollers when using the hose attachment. It seems like undue wear on the belt. It’s also pretty loud, though not louder than other carpet cleaners I’ve used.

After using the BISSELL ProHeat Deep Cleaner the carpets look a 100% cleaner and fresher. Easy to use and maneuver.

I really like that it is light weight and easy to maneuver. the downside is that it does have a fairly small reservoir tank so be prepared to make a few trips to and from the sink. The brushes do a really good job at kicking up the dirty water and the suction leaves the carpet damp and not wet. I'd buy this machine again in a heartbeat.

This machine is a reasonable price which was the main reason we purchased it. The instructions that come with it could use a little more elaboration on usage and the quick dry setting isn't as quick as other machines we have used in the past. Also note that the tank is a little small so you have to frequently empty it. All those things listed are cons BUT they are not deal breakers. Just some points to consider before your purchase. I would still recommend this for price and performance.

I bought this one to replace a old machine and I couldn't be happier. Easy to use and works better than expected.

Light weight so it is easy to move around. Did not leak. Really sucked up the water so the carpet dried quickly.

The BISSELL-ProHeat 2X Revolution Corded Upright Deep Cleaner is a wonderful carpet cleaner. This machine has greatly helped me, to clean my carpets. Made them look, practically new. However, I strongly recommend that if you have any trouble spots, soak those areas, before using this machine. Then you won't have to struggle, to do these areas, all over again. Also note, that this machine, only has a gallon tank, to put in the clean, and detergent in, to use. And the tank for the dirty water, is not large either. So it will fill up quickly, and you must change the tanks, quite a bit, if you must do a large carpet area. Changing the dirty water tank, is not so easy. It spills out easily. I also would say that, although, this is a very good machine, it might not be good machine, for the disabled person. For those who have problems with their hands/wrists or heart problem, it could be, bit too heavy, to handle.

I bought this because of multiple pets in my house. Easy to use and it does a great job. Easy to take apart and clean too.

I will say it was very easy to set up easy to get started, not too heavy and performed close to expectation. I would have loved for it to look like it does when Stanley steamer does carpets and I even order a professional grade shampoo but it came decently close. But I only used it once so hope it holds up.

I purchased this for routine carpet cleaning as well as spot cleaning the occasional accident made by my dog. It does a fantastic job and the carpets dry quickly. Definitely worth the money if you are looking for a solid cleaning and not just "scratching the surface".

Easy to use and clean carpets and rugs from stain. Sucks most of the wetness out of carpet after cleaning.
