The carpet cleaner was great to use. Definitely a lot better than expected in terms of cleaning power.

While this carpet cleaner has a steep price, it is worth it. We have 3 pets, 1 Cat and 2 Small Dogs. My carpets have never been cleaner. Carpets now have a noticable feel to them and felt fluffier, like when it was new. So far the stains that it has tackled were light stains from our pet's. This Bissell, definitely knocked out most of the stains, even some heavier ones. Some are kinda still there but not noticable. That may be from user error because I have yet to use it to it's max potential. For instance, it has a quick shot mechanism to pretreat stains, personally didn't try it out to see if it made a difference. I absolutely love how I can clean my couch with it's extra attachments. Pulls, a lot of hair. Definitely be sure to maintain it, which they make very easy. Very satisfied!

My Bissell has continued to work great doing an awesome job cleaning my carpets. I am very pleased with it.

Really nice vacuum! This thing will get up any mess! Don’t even notice any smell after vacuuming. Cleaning the inside of it is hard but still worth it!

This carpet cleaner is awesome!! My dogs have frequent "accidents"... and this cleans up to like nothing happened.

This carpet cleaner has worked so much better than the 25 other that I have owned over the years. It really gets the dirt up and you can really see it. Almost dry as soon as you are done which is great no tracking on it.

Amazing quality deep cleaning vacuum. So easy to use and to fill up with water and then using it is as easy as using a standard vacuum. push a button when you push the vacuum (it sprays water/solution), pull the vacuum back without pushing the button and it sucks up all the water and dirt. Do it multiple times and give it a few hours to dry and carpet is like new. taking it apart to clean is easy too. we have pets and dog hair gets stuck inside the vacuum but it keeps working until we finish the entire room and then its easy to clean and remove all the wet dog hair from the vacuum.

Love this product. It works well on my carpets. I have kids and pets and it got rid of the stains. There is three different modes. It was easy to use and not to heavy.

I had extremely dirty, musky and pet odors in my carpet. I did not want to pay a professional to clean it. I purchased the carpet cleaning system to avoid rental machines. It does an amazing job and my carpet has not looked better. It does require time and is not intended for large areas but I did my entire carpet with it and it performed beyond my expectations. You will have to refill the cleaning tank several times and empty and clean the dirt tank several times but this is simple to do. The product is is easy to assemble and use. The design also makes it easy to clean, including the rollers and the sprayers. If anyone is looking for a great carpet cleaning machine this is the one.

My oldest cat has Inflammatory Bowel Disease and has bouts of throwing up all through the house. This lovely carpet cleaner took out all the puke stains, and all the ferret stains, and most of the mystery stains from the previous owners. The proof is in the dirty water tank. It pulls so much filth from the carpets! I love it!

This bissell carpet cleaner is very lightweight, simple and very easy to operate. Great price. It made carpet cleaning easy and how well it cleans the carpet. Very happy I purchased this product.

I was warned by friends not to buy a home carpet deep cleaner and that it would never have the suction of a commercial on that you could rent - THEY WERE SO WRONG. This item is so strong I could see the clean/dirty line from where I was cleaning my rugs - and they honestly weren't even that dirty! So easy to use as well. I have used the main piece on my area rugs and the attachment piece on my upholstered ottoman - worked like a charm! Highly recommend.

Not sure how many pets you have, but if you have carpet and fur kids, you get messes. Maybe not all at once, maybe not often, but it happens. A Late night accident here or there, or a complete K9 reenactment of the Fall of Acre. Regardless of the reason, you’ll want to keep one of these handy. No joke. It has paid for itself already in carpet cleaner rentals were not paying for. Spot cleaning? Perfect. Ease of use? Perfect. Stairs and upholstery? No prob, Bob. With more attachments than lego kit, it continues to perform. Save some time and money and keep this one on hand.

If my wife likes it, I like it, :) We have been very happy with this model, and we have had several other models in the past, including from other manufacturers. This particular one, is the easiest one to use. It has very good vacuum power, and the carpet is left pretty dry afterwards. I will recommend it to my friends.

I’ve never had a carpet shampooer this nice before. Bissell has the best shampooers in my opinion. Our dogs are always dirty and if we use the bissell solution with oxyclean our carpet is cleaner than ever! Worth every penny. The hand attachment is way nicer than previous models because you can vacuum with it then shampoo.

Well I haven't had a lot of carpet cleaners. Just a Hoover and this one. Between the two this is much better than the Hoover both of them cost about the same amount. Hoover was a consumer reports Best Buy which it did a good job but not great and was really noisy. When it broke I toyed with trying to repair it but decided against it. Too much work to do it myself and too expensive to have a shop to it after a lot of research, I got the Bissell. I can't really find any problem with the Bissell so far. I did like Hoover's split system of soap and water with automatic mixing. But pouring the soap into the water container is ok.
