We have 20 year-old carpeting that we rented a deep cleaner to clean. This cleaner did a better job and has already paid for itself!! My kids live to use it too!! I would recommend this product for its convenience and how it cleans.

This vacuum is super easy to use, pulls out a TON of dirt and I'd say it's on par with professional cleaning for a fraction of the price. We have a new puppy and pulling this cleaner out is a breeze!

I have not used my new bissell. I had a bissell cleaner In the past and loved it. I would not have purchased a new bissell if I didn’t have the highest confidence in the product.

I replaced my 7yr old bissell and this is much better than that old one. It has separate water tanks for clean and dirty water, and not a bag inside a tank like before. This makes emptying much easier. This model also comes apart to make cleaning the brushes very easy.

It works pretty great, no complaints was only able to use a small handful of times before switchint to vinyl planks, so can't comment much on durrability .

So far so good works great out of the box but only had it for a week now =. If it gives me problems ill be back and let you know!

This replaced the other three we had sitting around the house. Great tools and great equipment.

Cleans really well. Easy to use and like the hose option. The only drawback is as I was pulling back the handle slipped and fell on the ground and leaked from the top tank. Other than that I would recommend it.

The water holding tank melted when I was using it. It caused a hole and water constantly leaked out when I tried to use the machine.

I bought it based on reviews of other users. While using it I compared it to my 2010 Hoover. My Hoover stored the hose and hose attachment on board. The construction felt sturdy. This cleaner felt fragile and it didn’t suck up water as well as the Hoover. It did live up to its description and other user reviews, BUT it was very laborious. I was more tired after cleaning my two cars compared to having used my Hoover. Perhaps if this cleaner was priced at $200 I wouldn’t have expected as much as I did.

The thing that sold me on this carpet cleaner was the wide cleaning path. It saves so much time. It gets 4 and not 5 stars because of the hand tools. I wish they were more powerful suction wise. Other than that 1 downfall, this is a great machine.

It doesn’t work that well now and only worked about 3 months and then stopped.

It broke within 3 months of use. Poorly constructed and should only be considered for very light carpet cleaning.

The instructions aren’t really clear on how to operate. Once I figured that out I could clean a little better. It still didn’t get the spots out. It could be the solution. I will buy another brand and see how it works.

Usually gets the job done. This is my 3rd time having it. First 2 breaks in about a year. Hopefully this time, it will last longer.

We got a new puppy which means LOTS of accidents so we bought this to help save our floors and it has been awesome. Its easy to use and cleans the floors very well.

So far so good. Purchased this for my new home and it's worked as advertised. I haven't done any deep cleaning yet but I'm sure it will work just as good.

awesome machine for cleaning carpets and rugs, a little less so on furniture. My only beef is a poor design in emptying the waste canister which to this day cannot empty without spilling.
