Seems to clean well, but leaks. The leaking is the reason for the 3 star rating, otherwise I would probably have given it a 5.

Definitely did what it says. Very good stain remover. Assembly was quick and it was nice that it came with stain remover liquid to try out as well.

Debated rental vs purchase and decided to go ahead with the buy. Will make it worth our while after a year's worth of carpet cleaning. Good reviews. Good sale price. Easy assembly.

Worked great on my Berber carper with dog hair. Carpet smelled fresh and felt very clean. I didn’t use the included attachments yet but the storage bag was a very welcome idea.

i purchased this when we got a new puppy. We have the majority of our house is carpet. Our pup would not use the potty pads he would prefer to tear them to shreds. We purchased this pet cleaner specifically for cleaning up urine after said new puppy. This machine would make the carpet look great but after the carpet dried we would continue to smell the pet urine. We have tried several different Bissell formulas with no success. So I do not recommend this purchase.

Works as advertised. A little heavy in weight when filled with water, but manageable. Cleans well.

The best carpet cleaner purchase so far. Really picks up hair and everything else without getting stuck in the brushes. Doesn’t create that gunk like other carpet cleaners

Spent a little extra as a family member has a cheaper version. Notice the extra scrubbing power, and an awesome pull back method to start drying immediately.

A powerful vac is how it is advertised, but could do much better. Gets hair up after a few passes. Components have to be cleaned after doing just the vacuum, before doing the deep clean or else hair will clump inside the mouth of vacuum.
