This has been fantastic. The deep clean function is really helpful for heavily traveled areas.

I don't have a lot of experience with different carpet cleaners so I wasn't sure what to expect when I got the BISSELL - ProHeat 2X. What I found is it works Great, was much easier to assemble and use than I anticipated, and the attachments for cleaning especially difficult stained areas were excellent for the job. The key, initially, is to take the time to read the instructions carefully. Once assembled, it was very easy for a novice to figure out and use. On top of this, it is light and easy to move, yet very solid. I've got no 'cons' on this. Great Product!

The detergent bundled works well. The machine itself takes time to clean each time after used. Carrying it up / down stairs isn't a light task.

No. It wasn't even usable really. We tried to spot clean our couch first. It took all day to put it together and clean the machine. My relative borrowed it. She said the same. We just gave it away. Wasted money.

Second time I used it, it would not work. Since it past the time to return product to store, I called their customer service. I needed to cut off the cord and use the FedEx label supplied by them to send the cord back Due to virus, I am not sure when I will get the replacement machine. When I did use it, it worked great. This is the first time I had a problem with Bissell.

Very pleased. It does a good job on pet stains. Just make sure you vacuum thoroughly prior to cleaning carpets and pre-treat stains.

I have always Liked bissell shampooers.... this one is smaller and more convenient, you can just whip it out and freshen up the carpets
