    It works great on carpet, but without buying the extra bare floor tool separately it does not clean the bare floor well or dry it. It is heavy.

    After having this vac for 5 months, I'm in need of a warranty repair. Parts are flimsy and being held by duct tape. And its so loud, not sure why. It's powering off so I assume something wrong with motor. Thought it would be simple to empty dirt tray...not so much. $250.00 for 5 months and I don't even use often (Have a Neato). Really sucks. Bad purchase for me.

    They delivered a box, smashed and taped up that they would’ve never been able to sell in the store. They sold it to me at full price no discount. The products is fine, but the fact is they sold me a smashed up box delivered directly from the store that they could never have sold in the store.
