I used different brands but this item working excellent easy to move clean washing I really liked it and I recommend to others get this brand excellent working.

Had owned previous Pro Heat model for approx 12 years and maintained white carpets with good results, but that machine was somewhat clunky and hard to switch between floor care and attachments. All irritations with the old have been replaced with smaller, nimble, easy to use features. Carpet extractor worked wonderful on older carpet in a rental that came out much better than expected. And getting to the stairs is now much easier with detachable hose and heads. Filling water and product is much improved from old bag inside the fixture. Maybe best feature of all is that cleanup of the machine is a breeze as it comes apart to rinse/remove dirt and hair inside vac head and rollers. Look forward to getting it out again soon.

My partner and I have two large dogs, one very annoying cat, and a daughter that lives with us part time. Let's face it, spills happen quite easily. I used this vacuum on our living room for an express clean with deep clean in a few parts and I'm still shocked by how much it got up. We bought this house in February and the carpet feels as clean as it did when we hired professionals to steam clean the carpets. I have a home-based dog training business and the cleaner is light and portable to follow around puppies all day. Super easy to use, and even easier to clean. We absolutely love it.

I bought this to clean up after getting a new puppy. This thing is awesome for touch up cleaning and a quick clean before people come over. The deep clean is excellent as well but man does it use a lot of water/solution. For a 500 sq ft room I think I used around 5 gallons of the mixture? It takes roughly 2 days to fully dry with my low ply carpet. Overall I recommend this!

I found this particular machine excellent. Got out a lot of stains that my old machine didn't. No after smell. Carpet feels soft. Not to heavy to push. You do stop a lot if you're doing a large area to dump dirty water and refill with fresh. But refilling with fresh is good cause you put in nice hot water again. For spot cleaning it was fantastic as well. Pulled up all the spilled chocolate milk. You can see it pick up the brown color. Went over the spill several times till it looked like clear soapy suds being sucked up. Spot looks fine now.

Does the job! It has a small cleaning area so takes a few go rounds.

Took the place of a Hoover Smartwash after experiencing repeated issues with the cheaply made belt assembly that ultimately were unable to be fixed due to one of the broken plastic parts that holds the belt onto the belt assembly not being available to purchase. While extremely frustrated with the issue, (I had used the smartwash 3 times before the brushes stopped spinning due to the slipped belt) in the end it was a blessing in disguise because this cleaner is excellent. Sure you can point out some less than ideal aspects of the design... -The off-center, step-on-to-activate spot treating function is gimmicky and not very practical -The waste tank only fills about half-way before needing emptied meaning your clean tank usage and dirty return run out of sync adding a few extra interruptions if cleaning an entire room -The water application to water removal ratio may be a little heavy by some standards requiring you to work your way to the exit of a room unless you're okay with wet feet because even after repeated "drying" passes if you step on any cleaned areas they will get wet -As you may have guessed after the previous statement, you may have slightly longer to wait for a totally dry carpet with this product in comparison to others... BUT you will have clean carpets and be astounded by just how disgusting that waste tank is. The dual brushes do an excellent job of removing dirt, spills, and pet messes from both low and plush carpets. Simple use and more than effective in its purpose. Assuming this product lasts (unlike the Smartwash before it) I would even say its price tag, which admittedly runs at the high end of non-commercial cleaner options, is justified... but just in case it doesn't, Geek Squad has you covered with the option of a 3-year replacement plan!

Absolutely love this carpet cleaner. Lightweight and very efficient in cleaning every spot. Drys just about immediately and easy to use and clean. Highly recommend.

Works very well, had several hickups in getting it, manufacturers defect, dog ate the cord and what not but best buy got me through it all, happy with the machine and the store

it did the carpet floor which was a very dirty white, make it look so much cleaner. after seeing what it did I would recommend it

Replaced my 10yo Hoover when it started leaking into the motor. Did my research on the web and thought this machine would best suit our needs. Runs much quieter than the last one, is easier to fill and clean and does an excellent job of cleaning AND drying the carpet even when I do a deep clean. Turns out I have really put it through its paces: my dog (85 lb. GSD female) got an infection and the vet put her on prednisone (side effect frequent and massive urination. Been using the cleaner every day for a week. Using the antibacterial cleaner with some enzymes added for good measure, no odor or stains. Highly recommend to any pet owners.

The green/purple color combo looks like The Joker designed it. LOL. I have used steam/carpet cleaners for years and they have historically been Hoovers. And within a year they leak. Hopefully this won't happen here. Very easy to push and pull. Nice wide cleaning path. Cleans very well. Wish the clean and dirty water containers were larger. Seems like they need to be changed more frequently. The easy of cleaning the bristle heads is so much easier than any other cleaner I've used. Well done. And the button to steam the water/solution mix for the extra spot cleaning is brilliant. Hopefully this one will last.

Amazing cleaner! It will take you one use to fully figure out how this shampooer works at its best. But once you figure it out, you wont be disappointed. The cleaning components come apart for easy end of use clean up. No more clogged suction and rollers. Glad I made this purchase!

Does a better job than those rentals you get at grocery store

I am amazed at how clean this appliance gets carpets, every time I use it. It is worth the time to clean it as instructed in the Instruction/Care Manual. Very happy with my purchase, which was 17 months ago. I have used it on berber, sculptured and a less expensive carpet - all with excellent results. Its easy to use, and I'm 68. Have not tried it on fabric furniture yet. The videos on the Bissell site were helpful.

Bissell makes the best steam cleaners. This is a replacement for my older Bissell steam cleaner of 18 years. I do miss the heater the previous model had for heating the water, but this does a nice job as long as you get the tap water very hot to begin with. It is much lighter to carry without the extra weight of the heater. Love that his new model has the two separate water tanks, one for clean water and the other for dirty as well as this one is so much easier to take apart and clean after using. The front cover and roller brush can be removed so much easier to clean after using. Very good feature.

Man this thing works good....i ha e a new puppy and this thing keeps the carpet smelling good and looking good
