This carpet shampooer cleaned better than I thought it would and I'm happy with my purchase. After my puppy turned 6 months, I had to get rid of the puppy smell and accident spots throughout the apartment. Very pleased with my purchase and carpet dried within 24 hours!

I am so excited about this light weight carpet cleaner! I had an older model that finally broke and I am so happy with this new one! First time was a joy shampooing for sure. The pet hair came up quickly and my carpet looks so clean. The new design is far superior to the old clunky design. The cleaning path is wide, very easy to fill and empty, and very easy to push! I am thinking about purchasing the warranty through Best Buy to cover replacement if anything breaks! I hope it has longevity compared to the older models as I am quite impressed with this new model! My husband and I bought this machine because it seemed easy to use. We have multiple pets and like to clean the thin carpet in our basement and the steps going down to the basement. It is easy enough to use but didn't get out two of the tougher stains, but from the color of the water it sure did pick up a lot of dirt. You cannot leave the clean water overnight to finish the next day. We did and woke up to the water all over our floor and the machine empty?? But overall the product did clean and refresh the carpet. Couch and car is next... we shall see how the attachments work.

I bought this to replace my BISSELL Liftoff from about 5 years ago and several moves. It honestly took a beating. I was skeptical but I LOVE this carpet cleaner. It pulls out more dog hair than my Dyson when used immediately before. It’s easy to use and easy to CLEAN. I highly recommend. The results are incredible and I love being able to choose between deep clean and regular. I also am excited to try out the dry floor attachment. Can’t say enough about it. I just convinced my mother in law to get one, that’s how much I’m a believer.

Does a better job than those rentals you get at grocery store

This is an awesome wet vac. I owned a previous, older model. The last one worked well, until it didn't, and was cumbersome. This model is AMAZING compared to its predecessor. The tanks are easier to access and everything comes apart easily for cleaning. I would highly recommend cleaning all removable parts of this unit after each use. I would also store your vac in a climate controlled space, if possible. Dry garages might dry out the seals prematurely. I bought this model over the cheaper version mainly because the cord was longer, a must in my book!

Overall this is a good buy, it works well on carpet and can be used to to couches or smaller areas with the attachment. I would purchase again

Okay, I've had this long enough to tell you it works great. I have a dog with long hair that sheds. I clean the carpet all the time and it gets up the dirt. The hair is collected in clumps that I pick up off the carpet after I clean it. If you have a dog you know what I mean. Yes, I vacuumed fist and have a pet vacuumed too. This carpet cleaner gets into the fibers of the carpet and pulls the hard to get pet hair up and out. Done. Clean carpet and happy wife.

The unit arrived as scheduled in a damaged box but with nothing broken or missing. Assembly was easy. We had several rugs to clean of various pile height and fiber type. Using the recommended cleaner and settings was easy and convenient. We used all settings from deep clean on up and are very pleased with the results. Looking forward to using the upholstery attachment on our wingback chairs next. A good tool. Easy to use and clean.

Works perfectly! Between a toddler potty training and puppy potty training, I did not feel I could get the carpet completely clean. I used the rental carpet cleaner, I have used a spot cleaner and scrubbed by hand. It never felt clean enough and could not get rid of the smell. Then I went for the Bissell Pro-heat pet and it worked amazingly! I cleaned the same room twice and it was still pulling up dirt! It is easy to use, cleans perfectly, and the carpet actually feels clean! It is important to have clean floors with kids sinc they are always on the floor playing. Completely satisfied!

I got this to replace a similar model I had prior that had suction problems. I have only used this model twice so far. Based on this, I can say that it seems to do a thorough job cleaning the carpet. I didn't have any stains however, so I can't say how well it does with troublesome spots. The suction on this is very good and my carpet dried quickly after use. The reserve tank is a nice size so a decent size carpet can be done without multiple trips to the sink. The only thing I did notice was a small amount of leakage from the base but that seems to be present in all cleaners I have used. Overall, this seems like a good cleaner and one I would recommend.

Great to keep rugs clean if you have pets. Easy to use but a bit bulky if you do not have space to storage it.

What a great product. I've a few different models in the past and this is by far the best. It really cleans my carpets well!
