The stain pretreat control is a great feature. I love that bissell finally has a cleaner that comes completely apart so that every piece can be washed when you are finished. The cleaning tool is awesome! I can’t believe they never had this before. The bissell cleans up old stains without any issues. My main reason for this machine was to be able to get under my bed. The Hoover that I’ve owned for the last 6 months was too bulky and would not fit in low spots. The bissell works perfectly!

It does everything it’s suppose to! I wanted to do the entire house in one day!

Definitely worth the money paid for it, we own a corgi and it gets the job done with picking up shedding.

This is better than the Best out there I swear the price is unbelievably cheap and gets the job done.

So- this is basically the “best bang for your buck” carpet cleaner. It does what it’s supposed to and will also leave your carpet with a nice soft feel after drying. There are a lot of pros- like I said, it does what it’s supposed to and does it well. Here are a few cons (this is the second one we’ve had and we’ve been using them for about 5 years now). It does not get right up to the baseboard. It leaves about an inch or slightly more not cleaned and there doesn’t seem to be a way around that. The unit is very heavy- I suggest transporting up or downstairs with out liquid in it. Then there is my biggest grip. You cannot turn the suction off. I would like to be able to go over an area with the brushes running multiple times without sucking up the solution that I JUST put down. That’s just me. I guess they think that just one slooooow pass forward then a slooow pull back to suck it all up is supposed to do the trick, but I found a better rhythm is going back and fourth at a steady pace like you would a normal vacuum cleaner feels more natural. If you do that with this (and all cleaners) you just suck up immediately what you put down.

This is a must need tool for every home. Especially if you have children or pets. Easy to setup and go.

Great vaccum. Long haired dog that sheds a ton, vaccum has no problem picking large and small items like dust

This product is a great tool for your home needs. I have small dog that has occasional voiding accidents. This steam cleaner cleans the mess with ease. I also used the hose attachment to steam clean my couch. It worked great. The Bissell cleaning solutions leave a very pleasant aroma. The steam cleaner is also easy to clean. The parts are easily removed to wash after each use.

Bought as a replacement for an Oreck. Does a much better job. And cleaning solution is much cheaper.

Great cleaner and real easy to use but the lank on the cleaner is small. So if you are cleaning a large area you will have to dump and fill the tank alot

This machine cleans carpets very well. I thought we kept our carpets clean with our old carpet cleaner, but this new one has told us that we needed a new machine a while ago. In my opinion our carpets looks almost brand new. Very easy to clean after using, would highly recommend this unit!!

Best purchase ever! The price pays itself instead of having to rent car pet cleaners. I love this machine!!!! My puppy is very stubborn so I have to occasionally clean the carpet and this does the job so well! I love the attachments it came with. Could definitely use it to clean rugs, furniture, and even the car.

I have not used it that much but it is holding out pretty good. It was easy to assemble and the suction on the cleaner is great.

We have an older dog with liver problems and she currently is taking diuretics which means accidents on the carpet. I have the smaller spot cleaner by Bissell but because she is a bigger dog it just wasn't doing the job. This works so well that I have begun the process of cleaning all the carpets in the house and I can't tell you how nice everything looks now. I should have bought this a long time ago. A few mentions: the brushes do not turn when you are not applying the solutions. Also when the suctioning sound changes it means it is time to empty the reservoir even if it doesn't appear full. I found that the solution made quite a few suds so I have reduced the ratio a bit. Also I found that if you set it on deep clean it does use quite a bit of solution but the light clean lasts a long time. If you have dogs be sure to take the cover off and clean around brushes each time. The initial time that I took the cover off it was difficult and I worried about breaking something. But once I took it off the first time it is easily lifted off after pushing in the two green buttons.
