This is an awesome carpet cleaner! Definitely a must if you have pets and children. I recently use the steam cleaner to clean the carpeting in my moms one bedroom apartment., Did a great job taking deep stains out of her carpet and the carpet look like new when I was done cleaning it. I love the fact that you can use it for quick cleanup and you don’t have to do a whole tank

Works great for cleaning the large household rugs.

So far this machine is working pretty good. Cleaning the carpet like it should.

So far I’ve had this cleaner for about 3 weeks. I really like the quality and results the cleaner gives as it has taken some stains out of the carpet that I didn’t think would come up. The one thing I don’t like about it is the size of the holding tank for the stuff it picks up. If your doing a small area, maybe 4ft x 4ft area then your ok. But if you are doing a large room, expect to empty the tank 8-12 times and refill the water/solution tank close to that many times. Other than that it’s been a great product so far.

I really like this carpet cleaner it does an amazing job! I normally have someone out to shampoo my carpets however it gets very costly so I thought I would invest in one, does a great job!

Good product works wonders for pet hair/ accidents

Our carpet cleaner broke shortly after the new model was introduced. My wife and I have 4 Pug dogs and work with a Pug Rescue, so we often have "visiting" Pugs for short periods as well as our own. Pugs shed a LOT, so we use our carpet cleaner a great deal. We are extremely happy with the new one we purchased. Not only does it clean much better, it is much easier to use and especially easier to clean after the job is done. We highly recommend the new model.

I have used it to clean the interiors of my cars and my rugs. Needless to say the are spotless. This thing will extract the dirt in clumps, which i’ve never seen before. Love this machine.

It was very easy to use this machine to clean our carpet. We have a puppy and there were spots that we hated to see even though we had scrubbed each one individually. It clean the carpet much better than our old larger machine. And also pulled the water out and dried very quickly. The first time we used it though, we did use a little too much of the detergent. Will use little less next time.

This thing is magical! So easy to use and it cleans my carpet sooooo good! A must have when you have a little animal that can make accidents or a kiddo that spills. It feels like a professional carpet clean, so worth the money! It also makes my house smell much cleaner and the carpet cleaner comes with liquid to sanitize and deodorize your carpet. This is by far the best brand out there and its reliable.

Does a great job of removing nasty pet stains and odor

This is great, the 2 downsides that occured that i didnt exect are the nuisance of spot cleaning. Lugging around the whole machine to yse the spot treatment is a bit problematic, but it gets the job done well so its a necessary sacrifice. The pther problem is how much water it uses while cleaning. Be ready to fill the tank quite a few times for a single room. Again the clraning capability is fantastic so the minor inconveniences are manageable.

I was very impressed by the ease of cleaning the machine after use. It was so much easier than my last bissell. And the job this machine did on my living room carpet was so unbelievable. The only thing I thought might be a little better is the way the top tank goes on. This could use a little more thought. Just be sure the tank is placed correctly. I also like that it is very light weight and with a bad back and 3 neck surgeries , I can use this machine.

This is not a replacement for deep cleaning you'd get from a cleaning service. But it does do a good job of just keeping the carpet fresh and clean more on the surface. It is also not a replacement for spot cleaning for spots left by pets such as cats spitting up hair balls. Make sure you go slow and even take multiple passes over the area to be cleaned. I wish the cleaning formula tank held more fluid. Has to be refilled a few times for large carpeted areas. Easy to use and easy to clean up after use.

The Bissell carpet cleaner worked better than I had expected. My carpets look fantastic. It was so easy to put together, the instructions were perfect. I have had other carpet cleaners but this one wins hands down. I use the products that are made by Bissell and they are great. Have dirty, disgusting carpets then this is for you
