I love this! It is so much easier to use than our old steam cleaner. We have an older dog so we are needing to use it more often now. It works well and cleans up easy after each use. It is not as heavy and cumbersome as the old one so carrying it upstairs or down is not a problem either.

Is a lot easier to maintain and keep clean than may first one. They improved everything that needed improvement as if they were reading my mind. Mu h easier to use

So far, we have had no issues with this shampooer! It has cleaned dog poo/pee, coffee, juice, mud, and even lotion. Good for carpets, cars, and furniture. It's easy to use and easy to clean. The only thing is I wish it was a bit bigger. If you have a large area to clean, having to empty and add more water constantly is somewhat of a hassle. Still love it though!

Excellent carpet deep cleaner. Easy to use and easy to clean. I live in a townhome that's all on the second floor so as soon as you open my front door you have a carpeted flight of stairs which get pretty dirty from all the traffic. This cleaner has made the carpet look new for the stairs and other rooms alike.

Loved this for our fully carpeted apartment! I have a pit bull who gets stinky from playing outside and this gets stains and odors out easily. I love the attachments, I use them to clean my furniture and even my mattress. My only issue was the size. It’s a little bulky and I have trouble storing it but other than that I love having this. It’s definitely a staple if you have pets

After looking for a carpet scrubbed that would work well in my 4 dog household I finally decided to purchase this one. Right away it lifted messes in my carpet that my old carpet scrubber didn’t even touch. It works really well and helps to dry the carpet quickly. I love how easy it is to access all of the parts of the scrubber allowing me to clean it after use.

Cleans wonderfully! Definitely worth the money! Took all of the stains out of damaged carpet, making it look perfect until I get it replaced in a couple months

Good stuff! It sucks hard! Literally does! Added hot water and carpet color actually changed! ( I clean regularly with Publix carpet cleaners) but this is something else!

Easy to use and does a good job with shampooing carpets

This is a great carpet shampooer for easy use. I have pets and invested in a personal shampooer rather than renting for at minimum a yearly cleaning. Great value and highly recommended. Hose attaches are great for cleaning furniture. It cleans and removes majority of the moisture out of items.

Love this steam cleaner as I had one before, very easy to use

My daughter just moved so it was time to deep clean her carpet. WOW! I only used Bissell brand cleaning agents with this machine and it sucked out the old stains & the new. It was very easy to use, easy to clean up and I'll definitely recommend this to friends and family members.

Carpet cleaner is easy to assemble/operate, cleans carpet well with little effort (much better than Rug Drs I've rented, and easy to clean-up afterwards.

i absolutely love it! after three uses, it paid for it self in what i saved over a rental. did just as good a job and is much easier to use. no spills, or leakage as i have had with rentals and i dont have to wrestle it in and out of my car for returns. weighs much less so when i did take it to do my daughters carpets, it was so easy to transport. well worth more than its price!!

Finally found a vacuum that will clean my darn pets messes they make. This thing is so much easier to use and holds more product, so less refilling. Love the added heat option giving it even more cleaning power!

Our old carpet cleaner was not working so I searched around that day and this one was the best-rated one. It did an excellent job at cleaning the carpet and is a lot more user-friendly than our old Bissell.

Bought this Steam Cleaner for my wife and she absolutely loves it - She used it the other day and it dried the carpets as well as cleaned them great!
