Great cleaner and easy to use and take apart for cleaning. I'm not crazy about the the aim on the spray feature, but that was not so important to me.

In my humble opinion, limited experience in this area of cleaning, this carpet cleaner performs as stated, advertised and does an excellent job!

Easy to assemble and start to use right away. We have only done a single room so far, but it worked great in getting up a couple of fresh stains out of the carpet and pulled up a lot of dirt that the vacuum could not get to.

Carpet looks and feels newwww, which I didn’t even think was possible but it happened. So easy to use too. Only thing is carpet cleaner goes fast but I guess the point is to do it so well you don’t have to do it again for a long time, also heavy but I can’t see how it wouldn’t be for how wonderfully powerful it is ❤️

With three pets in the house and puke atlast once a week this thing sure does get the job done. Always have and always will be a Bissel owner.

So easy and light. My husband found it so easy he cleaned all our carpets. He was amazed how well it worked . 2 sets that switch easily. Super easy to unload and empty compared to my older Bissell. I recommend this . I am 5’4” and 115# senior with arthritis and found it easy to use. Pet spots I used small petmachine on that left faint marks are all gone.

This worked wonders on our light grey carpet. Pulled out the deep dirt and pet hair, unseeable to the eye. All surface stains are gone as well. It is however a bit noisy of a machine, We have added to our monthly deep clean routine and we are happy with our purchase. .

Works good. Lots of features just don’t last long before issues arise. Ie: leaks, plastic parts cracking. Buy the extended warranty so you can trade it in for a new one

We purchased this rug cleaner after our previous one stopped working just days before guests were to arrive. The purchase was quick but absolutely NO regrets. This rug cleaner did a fantastic job (better than the old one!) and clean up afterwards was a breeze! I definitely recommend!!

Best carpet cleaner yet...so easy to fill and empty compare to my older one. Would buy again in the future if I ever need another one.

Cleans floors good and gets out dirt you cant even see. Leaves streaks on hard floors like tile, hard wood, or laminate wish this included a attachment to mop that up because after cleaning i need to go around with a mop or paper towels to clean up. But on carpets this is great, best I've ever owned. The filling and emptying is painless and spill free.

Replaced an older bissell. This one is great. I dont like that the hose has to be stored separately. It it is a really good cleaner.

We bought the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner to replace a Hoover Power Scrub II that we returned to Best Buy under warranty. The Bissell does an excellent job, but if you do not vacuum well, the Bissell does not always pick up house dust. Rather, it clumps the house dust into little wet strings that the machine does not seem to always pick up. It also leaves the rug much wetter than the Hoover; we decided to place large bath towels on the carpet and walk back-and-forth on the towels to soak up the excess moisture. The Bissell seems to have larger tanks than the Hoover, and larger and better designed brushes than the Hoover. Its a nice machine, and I recommend it, but you might want to use it on days when the humidity is low so that your rugs dry quicker.

I have tried and actually used several brands and even paid to have my carpets professionally cleaned. By far, this is the best carpet shampooer for pets areas and burber carpet that I have found. The ease of cleaning the dog hair and mess out of the cleaners brushes and front of the cleaner is a 5+ rating by it self.

Great product! Also, this one fits my budget! The max deep clean settings is truly amazing! I tried to clean a urine-stained carpet and it was gone on one wash! BISSELL needs to work on getting the water tank bigger cause it wasn't enough for just one room!

Do you have pets or kids? Or do you just happen to make the occasional mess? Well, you need the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro! When you get it, there is very easy assembly required (attach the handle). Then you are up and running. I got mine when I got a puppy. Let's just say that it was a very good decision. I have cleaned my living carpet several times. Having the hose and upholstery attachment saved me when said puppy ran into the house muddy and jumped right on my new chair with a light colored upholstery! I was able to clean it right away and no one can see that there was ever any soiling of the chair. You will be amazed at how much dirt is in seemingly clean carpet. My tip is to pretreat any difficult stains and let it sit while you clean another area, then go back to the stain. Also, go over the area from different directions to really get that stain out. Finally, run the machine over several times to suck up as much moisture from the carpet as possible. The various cleaning liquids leave your carpet smelling fresh!

Absolutely the perfect machine, easy to use, glides across the floor. Lightweight but has the best suction power of any carpet cleaner I have ever used! Completely comes apart for sanitary cleaning. The Bissell products smell amazing and the carpet feels, looks and smells like new!
