Easy to assemble with only one screw. Light weight and easy to use. It was even easier to clean. I was able to clean both the spots in the picture with no issues.

I bought it for my wife and she loves it I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a vacuum five stars for me. very heavy duty.

I wish it sucked up more water like the canister type, but this is about as good as it gets for an upright.

its been about a month in a half since my wife and I purchased the Bissell pro-heat I have to say one of the best buying decisions we have made. We have two cats and our house is mainly carpet this vacuum get deep in to the carpet fibers is a must for pet owners, also cleans away tough stains drying time ins incredible.

I used this on two different types of carpets after dry vacuuming with a Dyson; it pulled up a lot of carpet fibers on the builder-grade carpet (its cheap carpet that will eventually get replaced once the kids are older so I didn't view this as damaging the carpet but rather cleaning very aggressively) and it found lots of cat hair that must have been deep within our thicker luxury carpet (I didn't even know it was there and the Dyson didn't get it up, so again, very impressed with how aggressive the rollers were agitating the carpet). It removed several stains, but a couple of spots did not come up (to be fair, they're stains that may even prove to be a challenge for a professional). The amount dirt that came out of the carpets is amazing and it left the rooms smelling fresh. The main reason I purchased this was to use on upholstery as a sofa can cost as much to have cleaned as 3 or 4 rooms. -1 star because the "ProHeat" name is total marketing gimmick (it doesn't actually heat the water) and there isn't a moving roller or agitating pad on the wand extension; it is silicone nubs and you have to use good old fashion elbow grease

Considering certain spots on my rug were way past the point of redemption, I can say this thing works pretty darn good! I did 3 rugs (2 runs each) and it took me about 4 hours. All the rugs came out clean and looked better once they dried. The pictures show before and after, but the after shots were still wet, and they honestly do look better once dry.

I was pretty pleased with my purchase. The machine itself is easy to put together and use. Cleaning at the end is fairly easy too. I had a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in several years and it looks almost new.

I have a couch that needed lots of love, took all the stains out and brought life back to it.. The carpet also perked up and gained its softness again.. Very easy to refill and clean, definitely happy I went with the bigger model. The hose and all accessories can be kept in a mesh bag that comes with it.

My wife is really happy with this unit and if she is happy I’m happy too. It does what it is supposed to do!

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner is a strong, lightweight, upright carpet cleaning monster! Opening the box is a little overwhelming, there are several pieces that are all pulled out one after another. There are 4 main pieces to put together and then an assortment of attachments to go with the cleaner. One screw holds it all in place, so set up was very easy to complete. There are two samples of cleaner included with the machine. Both smell nice (to me) so the carpets have a nice fragrance after cleaning. I used the 'express' clean option on two areas in my house where my dog constantly lays. In the bedroom and at the top of the stairs. The top reservoir holds the 'clean' water and the lower reservoir holds the 'dirty' water. Everything remains pretty clean to use, it's all nicely self contained. I like that you can take out the clean water reservoir and the dirty water reservoir independently... sounds silly, but it just makes sense! My carpets are only 8 months old (new build house) so there weren't particularly dirty, but I definitely noticed a difference where my dog lays. And you could see the results in the dirty water reservoir. The machine itself wasn't too noisy at all. I wasn't running it for hours on end, and the only thing I did notice was that the carpets did take a little while to dry afterwards, so I am presuming that it's really getting in there to make things clean! I would recommend this cleaner to friends and family!

This thing is worth every penny!! Gets up hair you didn’t even realize was deep in the carpet. And the spot cleaner saved my carpet. My dog had an upset stomach and after cleaning and scrubbing and scrubbing I was left with a awful stain and 5 mins with this and it’s completely gone!

Really enjoy the product a lot really get my floors clean

This is my 1st carpet cleaner and 1st time doing carpets. With that being said, this machine did outstanding in all fields it met and passed my expectations. Yeah its not the big green but it pulled out the 5+ year old stains i scrunbed by hand. Nomore getting on my hands and knees to scrub carpet.

This Bissell steam carpet cleaner arrived at the perfect time! Our carpet was overdue for some cleaning due to our two dogs, one cat, and one hyper 2-yr-old toddler running around constantly depositing dirt, grime, coconut oil, milk, snacks, juice, chocolate, and other stuff all around the house. The setup was super simple. Pop in the handle, screw in the carry handle, pop in the two containers (one that houses the hot water & cleaning solution and the other that houses the dirty water), and start cleaning. The solutions that come inside the box isn't enough to clean even a small bedroom. Luckily, I already had some cleaning chemicals so I did our entire 2-bedroom house including the living room. Compared to my older Hoover SteamVac unit (see picture), the Bissell ProHeat 2X was much easier to use. It is a little bit lighter, easier to maneuver under tables and desks, and easier to carry around due to the convenient location of the carry handle. The dirty and clean water containers are also much easier to pop-out and pop back in. With the Hoover unit, I had to unlatch two arms, tilt the machine backwards without having it tip over and dropping to the floor, and pop it out. With this Bissell unit, I just press down on the purple latch and slide it out. So easy!! As for the cleaning power and ability, it is pretty good. It surprisingly cleaned up all of the coconut oil that was spilled by my toddler on the living room carpet. In one of the bedrooms, the Bissell was able to take out some grime that the Hoover unit couldn't. Both machines were using the same set of cleaning chemicals and boosters. I didn't get a chance to use all the extra accessories but they look very easy to use (pop-in and pop-out) and maintain. I'm very satisfied with the Bissell ProHeat 2x's cleaning power, ease of use, and performance. I highly recommend it.
