Today I used the cleaner for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. It cleaned the darkened carpet in front of my chair in no time. I had rented the heavy/bulky ones before and this one was so much easier to use. Glad I bought it but sorry I waited so long!

Thisnis a quality caroet cleaner, i did plenty of research and picked this one. I am happy with the product. One complaint is that ithis carpet cleaner is hard to navigate. I've used different kinds of rental, commercial carpet cleaners, they were bigger but navigated better. It took a while to get used to and took a couple of times for me to clean the carpet correctly. The result is significant. It was gratifying to see how much junk and stains were left behind even after a good vaccum job... I really didn't use it often, but then i adopted 2 dogs... With the 2 dogs, i did find more appreciation with having a quality carpet cleaner. I would clean my carpet more often, but it is really bulky to use and carry up and down the stairs. So i may stretch it to once a month or two. I do use the attachments more frequently to clean upholstery, furniture and the interior of my car. It is kind of amazing to see the dirt and fur come up fron dark fabric and deodorizes the fabric.

I bought this cleaner to replace one that I have had and been using for more than thirty years. My new Bissell is less cumbersome and much easier to use and clean. It has really changed the appearance of carpet that I had felt needed replacing for quite some time.

This is an excellent carpet cleaner. It is light weight, easy to use, has large tanks, and a long cord. Well made, nice durable materials. Super easy to clean after use. Absolutely a great buy!

This has saved us from many dog accidents. Never use the attachments but the overall machine works great!

This has been an amazing cleaner. I have 3 German Shepherds and 2 cats after cleaning with this carpets look brand new.

Already paid for itself. Between a geriatric dog, young puppy, two very active children, and a husband that works at our family farm, my carpets are next to impossible to stay clean (did I mention the carpets are beige- came with the house, not my choice!). I was spending $100-200 a month on renting a shampooer from the local hardware store. I have used a total of four times in the last month, and I have been able to pull up old set-in stains. The heater feature is a bonus, and yes it does heat the water as it is coming out (not while in the reservoir). Super easy to clean. My only quip is the spot cleaner feature on the machine itself; it does require a little finesse at first, but after a few attempts, you should have it down. Holds nice amount of water for this size machine. Even when foaming, the collection reservoir is large enough where is will not bubble over.

Very good after cleaning three bedrooms. Have only cleaned our carpets one time so do not know how reliable the carpet cleaner will be with extended use.

Great product!! I was able to clean a runner and small rug that are very delicate. I could not believe how much dirt it pulled up in the first try! I highly recommend this product. A great deal for the price. The setup was also very simple.

Got this for a home with 5 cats & it does a great job even picks up hair my vacuum misses. Very easy to clean & use.

I bought this to clean new carpet in a high traffic area. Also to clean up after my dogs. They like to play outside and track into the house. Taking it apart to clean the rollers was easy and i did it after each cleaning. Cleans the carpet well. I use it regularly

i was hesitant at first, but the results were great. truly did not expect the results, i've read and watched reviews online, but i thought i would need a commercial product for commercial results.

I was going to rent a machine, but thought I would give this a try instead. I was very pleased with the first use. It did an amazing job. Comes apart fairly easy for cleaning after use. I am so happy that I purchased this machine!!!

This steam cleaner works really well, it cleans stairs and is easy to use. It is not heavy and easy to carry. Long cord and easy to empty and fill. Extract's water well.

I replaced my old cleaner with this one. It cleans well. It doesn't hold much when you have a large area to clean. I have to empty the tank quite often. I have a geriatric dog that sometimes can't make it to the door, and so far it does a really good job of cleaning up the spots. Now to find a good shampoo to get the smell out because I wasn't impressed with the shampoo.

Great easy to maneuver cleaner. Did did three rooms in no time. I like that has three different cleaning levels to choice from. Cleaner of a machine after shampooing the carpets was really easy with the cleaning tool included.

I have had a few other rug cleaning machines and this Bissell ProHeat 2x has to be the best rug cleaner I have ever had .I like the way it cleans up after cleaning the rugs and the attachments for the furniture and stairs.

Has some great features but only 1 shortcoming that I have noticed... the 'dirty water' tank is pretty small... now that just means you need to empty it more often. I did really love the fact that you can take the covers off the brushes for cleaning... makes it much easier to remove lint or pet hair or threads etc..
