SET UP WAS QUICK AND EASY . Did a very good job on my carpets . I recommend spot remover for deep stains. .Carpets dried quickly and cleaning the machine was simple and easy but for the second cover plate above the brush was difficult to remove. all and all very happy with the carpet cleaner

For a high-priced machine, I say it works okay. Pet hair gets easily clogged up in here. I wish it were easier to clean out. It cleans pretty well.

Working really good and it’s lightweight and clean really good so far we don’t have any complain, we use it only one time and it’s looks like to be a good quality and could be a good washer I will recommend it to friend if they would buy one.

Very happy with this Bissel ProHeat rug cleaner, it has done a great job cleaning our rugs, we have 4 cats and 2 dogs, so there's a lot of dirt and the Bissell has done a great job. Also, taking the machine apart to clean is really easy to do and easy to clean.

New carpet, new puppy made this a must buy purchase. Easy to use, does a wonderful job. the two tank design is simple to use and the bissel products included with it make it a great deal.

This unit is easy to use and cleans well. When using make sure that you put enough soapy water on the carpetwhen using deep clean and then allow the unit remove the dirt water

Very pleased with my Bissell Pro Heat 2.0. Aptly cleaned dog mess out of the carpet. Thankful I purchased this produce before holiday visitors.

This was one of the best purchases we ever made. At the beginning of Covid, I had ordered online, the baby to this unit. I loved it, did a great job, but as it goes, my age and agility, made it less feasible to use that unit. I had been shopping online, wanted another Bissell, and mentally decided this one would be the best, picked up at Best Buy because we really appreciate their service, little more expensive than if I had dug in online, but I love this unit. For its overall size, I have no problem using it. It really is amazing how great both units clean carpet stains. Additionally, I respect what Bissell does to help shelter dogs and cats, so I want to help their vision.

This Bissell machine works great and is easy to use. It seems to get carpets really clean, the water always comes out dirty. My only issues are the cord could be slightly longer and the stair/furniture attachment doesn't clean as well as the main machine. I realize that's a harder thing to do anyway.

Best decision I’ve made for carpet cleaning. Have tried multiple but this one’s the one, easy to use, great work and not too heavy or bulky.

Better than all the rest! It works great! Removed all the stains from our son fixing bikes in the house. The shampoo recommenced is fantastic! Smells great! Doesn’t take too long to dry. Easy to use! Very shocking what it will lift out of the carpet!!!

Used it after using our Hoover. Got the carpets so much cleaner. Carpets are softer, and dried much quicker.

This machine is great. It is very easy to set up right out of the box. The instructions are very clear and all parts were included. I have never had a cleaner with the water tank in the handle. I love it! It is very easy to empty, clean and refill the tank. It made my carpet look great and smell freah.

It works very well. My carpet was deeply stained upstairs when I purchased my home. When I first clean it, it looks pretty great. The deep rooted stains are visible once dry again. However, any newer stains are abolished. It is pretty bulky; but I like it overall.

Love this thing. We had one of the much larger bissell carpet shampooers from back in the day and it was so heavy and honestly the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro is SO much lighter and works just as good as that big thing did. Love it. Great attachment for upholstery as well.

Works great. Easy to assemble! Cleaned our carpets a few weeks before purchasing this with what we thought was a good carpet cleaner but the water from this cleaner said otherwise! Great addition to our home with 2 big dogs.

It cleaned the pet hair and carpet spots with one pass. It was easy to use. I used it in the evening and turned on the ceiling fan after I was done and the carpet was dry in the morning. Was worried that the carpet would be matted but it was fluffy and looked new again.

Just got this yesterday and used it immediately in my bedroom. It was super easy to put together about 4 or 5 steps. I have 2 large dogs and 3 cats. I vacuum that room weekly with my Dyson and get a full cannister every time, BUT I haven't deep cleaned the carpet in 5 years. So, I was prepared for some dirt BUT this thing brought up so much more hair with it. It was so gross but obviously needed. I will say at first I thought the cleaner wasn't working properly. After a few passes the suction went away and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out when the dirty water tank gets full (it will only appear half full but it will be at the full line) the device turns off the suction so it don't overfill. I would have given 5 stars but I had to change the dirty tank very often. Although it could have been all the hair causing that.

I purchased this because I have a family of 7 and we make messes. Like a LOT. IIt has a quick function for small messes, and a deep clean function for doing whole rooms. It has a small handheld tube for doing couches and cars. It works well, doesn’t leak, and does everything we expected it to do. I recommend it and would buy it again.

I purchased this cleaner for a high traffic area. I was very impressed with the results after cleaning. I like the ease of use and the cleaner’s ability to clean and extract dirt, etc. I highly recommend this product.
