I purchased this vacuum because I do own a pet and was looking for something that would get rid of the urine stains and smell. This thing right here exceeded my expectations. It cleans very well and is very easy to work with. You won’t regret purchasing. Trust me!

This easy to use carpet cleaner removes dirt from floors with less drudgery and fuss than any home rug shampoo machine that came before it. The pretreatment sprayer saved time by treating tough spots with out a separate step and made the job easier.

Most guys find housekeeping a necessary evil. However, there are certain household chores that provide a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Cleaning a dirty carpet with this fantastic machine is one of those. Watching the dirty water get sucked up into the storage tank provides a visual confirmation that the rugs are getting a healthy cleaning. This machine is easy to use, it works like a charm and your rugs are appreciably cleaner (and smell infinity fresher) after you’re all done. It’s no more difficult than vacuuming. I highly recommend it.

Works amazing on cleaning all of our pet stains, which are many since we have 3 dogs under the age of 3. Absolutely recommend and would buy again! Has lasted quite a bit so far and is very sturdy.

The pet urine shampoo's (tried 2 of them) didn't work for dog urine. One of my attachments is not working so I need to contact Bissell. Overall, this does work well to clean your carpet. Easy to fill and empty and simple to use. I am happy with the purchase

Does the job. Easy to put together. Easy to clean (which is huge). It’s much lighter than the old Hoover I used to have. It took a stain out that had been on my carpeted stairs for ages.

This vacuum cleaner it’s excellent, I bought it for my mom she has light carpet in her apartment and she hates to see it dirty So she uses it and it’s very easy to use especially for her because it’s very light..

This is such a great carpet cleaner. Not too big and not too small. It cleans well.

Works great. Has been a life changer. Having elderly pets and a child it’s gets messy sometimes. This has made it seem like a breeze. I’m just fond of constantly cleaning out the narrow passageways.

I have always loved Bissell products! The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner - Silver/purple is the best cleaner for my Pet Friendly Household. This new Model is easier to clean than my older Model. I have cats and it picks up the pet hair with ease.

Great product. Have a carpet that is thick and has a lot a pile added with a super shedding dog... it makes cleaning this area perfect. Easy to take apart and clean.

I don’t think I could speak highly enough of this product. We originally bought it to try and clean up some stains around the house. The cleaner we had been using had to go back to the owner and we have dogs, so we knew we needed one. We had rented some before but it’s a giant pain, so we bit the bullet and bought one. Did an awesome job and picking up stains and spots the other cleaners didn’t, but what truly convinced us was when a friend came over and spilt a cup of fruit punch on our carpets. Red drinks and almost white carpet don’t mix haha. We were freaked, but pulled out the cleaner and a miracle happened. It pulled the fruit punch right out, nothing left to see it ever happened. Worth all the money we spent on it.

Great product! Worked well to take some high traffic, stained carpet back to new.

Love it, been needing one for awhile. I’m ready now for winter and fresh carpets.

Good value and performance for the money, it performs like the box says it will.

First, I want to make clear that this machine does a very good job cleaning carpets. But, in the process of doing that if has several annoying attributes. First, it is very noisy, so noisy that it may rival my chainsaw for noise. I wear ear plugs with my chain saw and I’m tempted to so with this carpet cleaner. Second, the manual makes no mention of tassels on area rugs. Anyone who has used an upright vacuum on an area rug with tassels know they can be a problem. But, when any modern upright vacuum swallows a tassel, as inevitably happens, the brush stops turning. As I found out, that is not the case with this Bissell carpet clearer. With this machine the brush keeps turning, the belt begins to slip emitting a burnt rubber smell and then one rushes to press the on/off switch which is inconveniently placed for emergency use. An on/off switch on the handle would be much more convenient or, better yet, just stop the brushes. Third, one has to wonder if the machine was really designed to be used with the tools that attach to the hose. These tools are a great idea for doing stairs and upholstery, but their implementation is thoroughly flawed. To quote the operations manual (p. 10) “The Brush Roll remains on while cleaning with the hose and tool. Do not allow cleaner to sit in one location for an extended period of time, as damage to floor can result.” Why would Bissell design something that could damage your floors? The solution to this problem is simple, when the handle is put in the upright position have the rollers stop, as most modern vacuums do. This is a good machine, but design flaws prevent me from recommending it.

a powerful machine weighing half of the one it replaced. I love the ease of removal and empty on the waste tank and the fact it will dissemble for easy cleaning. This was a best buy for me.

Cleans great. It picks up the dirt from your carpet. My wife loves how it cleans and it easy to handle. It’s also easy to remove cover from carpet cleaner to clean the rollers. Great feature.
