Pro Heat Deep Cleaner did the job as stated billed. However the attachments were somewhat difficult to utilize.

Works well, only professional carpet cleaning would get things cleaner without cleaning the carpet over again. Love the Pretreat feature; clean up is a breeze with the ability to remove the brush covers. Plus dog hair doesn't get tangled up in the brushes.

I replaced and older Bissell Model. I do like the "Clean Shot pretreater" I just wish this was a bit stronger, because once i use the pretreater, the main body gets close and sucks it all up. In all the machine is amazing, I love how it just cleans my dogs mess very quick. The attachments are a furniture saver.

I have owned quite a few carpet cleaning machines and this is the best yet! We have 3 dogs and 3 cats so we use it often and it does a great job. It's also not at all as heavy as our other units were so it's much easier to get up and down the stairs with.

Easy to use upright cleaner. We needed this for small jobs on both carpet and rugs and this fit the bill. Its suoer easy to use and you can control how much cleaner gets used, which is nice.

This works good. Only downfall, you need to remember to empty the container of waste water when it fills up. If you don’t, it will leak. You’ll have dirty water everywhere and you’re gonna have to run vacuum over the rug again.

New puppy for my two Sons. This is the best carpet cleaner i have ever owned (had a few). This upright cleaner does stairs and furniture with ease. Easy to set up and go. Gets rid of stubborn stains and eliminates embarrassing puppy smells.

Cleans very well, but leaves the carpet wet for about 2 days. It cleans very well, even with set in stains.

Put the product together, which was easy, and used right away. The suction was the best I have had in a cleaner and it did an awesome job. We have two dogs and two cats. The house was much fresher

I've had many steam cleaners. Some are messy and hard to manuever and others just don't do the job at all. I will say this machine is very easy to use. Easy dumping the dirty water and easy fill up. I really wish it would dry the carpet more but it's not too bad. Attachments are easy to use as well

Worked even better than expected. We have 2 little ones that have gone potty all over our carpet, this device took out the smell and sucked up a lot of nasty stuff from it! Highly recommend!

It took me some trial and error of using this thing before I really liked it. I suggest using just extremely hot water in the tank, with no soap, and filling a spray bottle up separately with your cleaning solution to spray down your carpet with. I found that if I don’t do it this way my carpet ends up being too sudsy no matter how diluted I make the cleaning solution, and I don’t like having to go back over the carpet AGAIN with just clean water. I would save yourself some time by doing it the way I suggested in the first half of this review. If you can go with one of the newer upgrades/versions of this product I would do so, but if not this is still a pretty good little carpet cleaner.

I just recently had to upgrade my carpet cleaner and bought this model. Very good for the price easy to use and clean. I did come with 2 small cleaners and 2 different attachments for cleaning coaches and stairs.

Great product with lots of functionality. Heavy but not as much as competitor products. Bissell soap products are affordable but get them on sale. Recommended.

Bought this asa replacement for hoover carpet washer. The Bissell is powerful and does a great job. Bought carpets back to life and recommend to buy. Easy to clean. Highly recommended.

It does a good job. If you are expecting professional clean must need a different cleaner or something.
