This works great. We have 2 pets and it cleans the carpets so nicely. It is easy to use and it's to heavy or bulky.

Easy to use, and it works very good for carpets. My wife is very happy with this purchase. No more dust when cleaning carpets, and the house smells and looks very clean.

I was skeptical, but this works well and is pretty easy to use. Have cleaned carpets with pretty heavy cat and dog urine 3 or 4 times for about 6 hours use total. Very pleased with the results.

The Bissell Proheat 2x Revolution pet PRO is a great carpet cleaner! I love having fresh CLEAN carpet. Pets are great but they make this very hard! This machine makes it easy!

This carpet cleaner is good for pet owners. It's very easy to take apart and clean out dog hair. It also sucks up the water well. Didn't have to wait long for the carpet to dry. I'm very pleased with this purchase

This carpet cleaner is very efficient, and it did a good job of cleaning my carpets. It is easy to use and easily assembled. I would have given it five stars, but it is a bit heavy to push around. However, the weight is probably necessary to scrub the carpet really well.

I've only used it once so far, but I liked it a lot. I especially liked the back and forth way to shampoo. This is either my 3rd or 4th Bissell shampooer. I've only bought this brand as I've had great luck with them and last me years. The only thing that isn't my favorite with this one, is the fact it's hard to shampoo stairs with the way this one is set up. My last one had a lift off tank which I used often that way. I love to shampoo so, I really pay attention to what I like on each new one I purchase. Anyway, overall I like this most recent one I purchased! I would recommend this as it's a Bissell!

The machine has plenty of power to get the job done. Only thing I wish was different is the size of the tanks to clean large areas without stopping

I bought this because Inwas tired of renting a Rug Doctor. This is lightweight, but does the job very well. I eliminated the odors and much of the stain from the carpet. I highly recommend.

Omg money well spent if you have pets you need this , I didn’t know what I was missing till I bought it , has so much more power than the regular steam cleaners 10/10

I don't know what I'd do without this steamer in my home. This is my third purchase of this model over the last 7 or 8 years. With several senior pets, potty accidents are happening more frequently, and this machine saves the day every time. The only downside: The reason I've had 3 machines now is because the motor wears out after about 3 years of frequent use. My advice is to buy the 5-year extended warranty!! It will be worth it, especially if you have more than one fur baby.

I paid for professional service every 3-4 months for my carpets... I was tired of spending so much and decided to get my own... this machine made my carpets look better than ever and the ease of use was incredible! Very happy

My previous career cleaner was big, clunky, and difficult to clean. This one is great! It's not as bulky and is lighter weight. It also makes clean up a lot easier both for the carpets and the machine itself.

This is a great Upright Deep Cleaner first, and it is so handy in the car for those jobs too. Be careful when moving this device. You may bump the front clear plastic piece and it may rise up of the grove a tad bit.
