Bought this for my wife for Christmas to replace our old one and she has loved every aspect about it. Easy to use. Great suction to reduce the damp carpet time.

Works amazing on rugs. Was very surprised what it pulled out of my rugs. Does take a bit to mix and dump out the used water but deep cleans carpet really well. Worth the money !

This cleaner works way better than our old Hoover. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around. The additional hose attachments makes cleaning furniture a breeze.

Why did I wait so long to buy one of these. My carpets was trashed from the kids, dogs and myself. Kids and the dogs are always making their messes. I'm a mechanic and occasionally track grease and dirt. I was able to pre-treat the heavy areas first and then hit it with the machine. Just watch your water level on the clean tank. The dirty tank will let you know when your full. Treat it as a vacuum but go much slower. I went 2 passes with the cleaning solution. I love how it is heated and pretty much dries in about 3 to 5 hours. I went 2 times over., just to give it a really good kick. HA HA HA!! The smell was great, the carpets looked so so so much cleaner. The carpet felt fluffy. I'm very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend it. A++++++

Does an outstanding job The machine is very easy to use and the stair attachment makes it so easy to switch to that mode to clean stairs.

Works great. The cleaner is very easy to operated and cleaned the floors so well. Never imagined how much dirt it lifted.

Great product. Well worth the higher cost compared to other brands and models. Definitely recommend using bissell cleaning solutions. My favorite is 78H63 Deep Clean solution.

I bought this because I have a cat that is sick and gets sick a lot. So I needed something that was easy to use often, It does a pretty good job. Easy to clean once you figure out how to take it apart.Not as bulky as the one I had before.

Used the Bissell to clean all the carpeting in my house and it did a wonderful job. It was easy to use and its not really heavy. I love it!

I bought this to clean my grandparent's house. Unbeknownst to them, their little dog had been sneaking into the spare bedroom and peeing on the carpet. This had probably been going on for weeks, maybe even months. As you can expect, the room was pretty bad. I vacuumed for *hours*, two days in a row, draining the tank, refilling, running again, and still pulling up yellowish water. I vacuumed til I was sweating, the room was hot, my back ached, and I'd used an entire bottle of cleaning solution. Despite running constantly, there was no motor burnout, and it drew out the dirty water very well, letting the carpets dry quickly.

I'm Extreamly Happy with my new heated carpet cleaner. It was easy to put together and simple to use. It cleaned well and left the carpet feeling somewhat dry so it did a good extraction after cleaning

Easy to set-up and use. Does a very good job cleaning. Very easy to take apart all the parts needed to maintain a pristine machine.

This is the second Bissell carpet cleaner that I have purchased. This did a great job removing several stains and is so much easier to use than the older model that I had. Would recommend this to anyone.
