Well... so far it has performed perfectly! But that is at my girlfriend’s apartment. She doesn’t have pets... I have 6. She lives in town... I live in the woods... Bissell carpet cleaners ...to date... haven’t faired too well here. And as expensive as they are trust me I read the directions at least twice before I even think about using it. And clean it as soon as I’m finished ...by the instructions... this time I purchased a 5 year warranty! So... we’ll see! I hope this is “the one” and I never have to buy another.

Used to rent out this carpet cleaner for my rugs but this is so much easier to handle and leaves my rugs looking amazing!

This is super easy to use. The suction of water from the carpet is incredible. The carpets look so much better after using this. My first Bissell and I'm totally happy with this purchase.

We have used rental units before and the carpet gets wet, but never really clean. The BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner does a great job of sucking up the dirty water, so the carpet air drys within hours. The cleaning brushed do a great job of scrubbing out stains and getting to where the dirt is. We had an expensive wool area rug that would have cost hundreds to send to a rug cleaner. We cleaned it with the BISSELL - ProHeat and the rug is now almost as good as new.

Overall, this carpet cleaner works really well. It picks up a LOT of dirt. It’s really easy to fill and empty as well. The only difficult thing I’ve found is cleaning the hair/pet hair out of the bottom clear plastic piece

This carpet cleaner is amazing. It comes apart for easy cleaning. No more moldy parts or hair you can’t get out. You need this if you have pets.

Exceeded expectations. Wish tanks were a bit bigger as I find myself emptying and filling often. Super easy to disassemble and clean.

LOUD but does the job. Had to go over it atleast 5/6 times slowly and the difference is amazing! Even just once you can see a difference but multiple definitely does wonders!

Cleans rugs very well. Easy to use. Had a problem with the assembly, difficult to attach main tank into base, (might be a problem for elderly or handicapped). Hand held attachment puts too much water onto the carpet. Overall 4 stars!

Cleans well, there’s not rinse option, which sucks, and the suction wasn’t that strong.. price to high, had a single brush for $129 just like the one my mom has, should have got that one..

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Cleaned up and old wine stain on our carpet within minutes. It’s super easy to clean the machine too. Love it!

Great and easy to use carpet cleaner--does a thorough jobs. Better than the Orek we had.

Seems to do a good job, easy to fill and empty. The dirty water chamber float seems to activate at only half full when you are actively working it, so empty it often!

I bought this because I have had good experiences with their hand vacuums. Some assembly is required because you have to install the handle. The screw was really hard to screw in. But when you use it, it is so powerful and cleans the carpets really well. I was super impressed. Water and soap comes out when you squeeze the trigger on the handle and the sideshot for extra concentration of liquid is pretty cool. Definitely a great tool if you have pets.
