This product cleans the carpet better than expected without soaking the carpet. It is very easy to use in your house and easy to clean-up.

Cleveland Ohio resident; I Just tried it this pass Monday and I was amazed at how it really works. My carpets have been stained for five(5) yrs and this machine took care of all of the stains in my carpet. I will be using it again this week and continue each month. I will be using it as though it was a vacuum cleaner. It is GREAT! It is something I've been wanting to buy for years, and I am not just saying that. It is worth buying. I solely recommend this product and I live in an apartment.

This carpet cleaner works very well. The storage tank for dirty water is a little small so you have to make a few more trips to the sink to dump the dirty water. But other than that it works great.

The ProHeat 2X does a great job cleaning up the carpet and dealing with pet stains.. I have two young German shepherd puppies and there have been a few accidents.. The finished basement had older carpet and this is where my two young puppies play the most.. I washed the carpet a few weeks ago and was surprised at how much dirt was removed and the carpets and any stains just disappear. I am very happy with the results and it rivals any commercial carpet cleaner that I have used.

This is the easiest carpet shampooer I’ve ever owed. It’s easy to push and pull and does a great job. Even after vacuuming the carpet before I shampooed, I got a tremendous amount of hair up! My only annoyance was having to stop and unclog the suction because it got too clogged with hair to keep sucking up the water. But, I am hoping that it will be easier in the future, because I will use this often since it’s so easy to use! I have 2 angora hair fluffy cats that shed like it’s their job!

Pet lovers carpet cleaner. Cleans pretty decent . I have a rug doctor which cleans a little better but I was wanting something a bit lighter and easier to use for small clean ups. The only thing I can complain about is the return tank isn’t very big. I have to make more trips emptying & refilling. I am also not crazy about the button for squirting out more solution on spots . Not really necessary . Those are minor things. If you have pets this is a must .

This is my second Bissell carpet cleaner. The previous one got junk in where the brushes are and needed to be cleaned but it was a major operation to clean. This has the ability to clean that area easily. It cleans very well and dries the carpet well. Careful on the cleaner it is concentrated and powerful. Only complain is the screw for the back bracket. It stripped and would not screw in. Contacted support and they sent me another screw. Didn't help.......

Easy set up and liked the included cleaner. Did a great job on the bedroom carpets. Did a fair job on the stairs using the included attachment.

Cleans very nicely. The water tank has to be refilled pretty quickly when on deep clean. I didnt try other modes, so cant say if its the same for those.

Works better than the previous model and weight a lot less. It’s cleans very well but I have a new carpet and will try it when it gets dirty

Fantastic piece of equipment, the bb team was very helpful in picking out the right one for what we needed.

The last shampooer we purchased was a Bissell and lasted approximately six years in a a house with a hair shedding large breed dog and a child, and that was with us cleaning 800 square feet 3-4 times per year. This one performs even better than the last one. Coffee, Juice, etc. most stains are pulled right out of the carpet. Highly recommend this shampooer.

Works great, it does not leave a lot of water and is easy to use

Cleans great, if you have a pet use the oxygen boost along with the deep cleaning solution and your carpet will look like new. Only downside is that it fills up quickly.

This is our third or fourth machine over the last few years. They work good initially m, but over time they begin to lose suction and leak. That has been my issue each time that I had to return it. Also, the warranty only has so many times that you can return before you have to buy a new warranty. Make sure you read the fine print, and always ensure you have a warranty with this machine! You will need it!

This works great at cleaning carpet messes caused by pets and young kids. Very easy to use and worth the money I paid.

Pros:This carpet cleaner works well! It is powerful and made my carpet look new again! I like that you can have easy excess to the brush roller to clean. Cons: the dirty tank is smaller than the clean tank, so you will have to empty before you are done shampooing, I also do not like that the measuring cup is detached and not part of cap on the machine. I also dislike that the power button is on the side...it is inconvenient most carpet cleaners and vacuums have power that you press with foot or at top. Overall I am willing to over look the cons because it works so well.

This thing works great to clean the carpets no matter the mess! It'll get in deep and clean it.

Thank god for Best Buys return policy. We ended up with this model after purchasing another (less expensive) Bissell model and a Hoover to move out of 3 places at once (long story). Both of the cheaper models immediately clogged up with dog hair and stopped sucking up water in the first clean. This is after a thorough Dyson pre vacuum. This is the only model that got through all (3) houses and is still doing the job. Still will suck up dog hair but its easy to get out and will keep full suction even without cleaning.
