Lightweight and wasy to use, cleans well specially if my pet uas an accident

Thank god for Best Buys return policy. We ended up with this model after purchasing another (less expensive) Bissell model and a Hoover to move out of 3 places at once (long story). Both of the cheaper models immediately clogged up with dog hair and stopped sucking up water in the first clean. This is after a thorough Dyson pre vacuum. This is the only model that got through all (3) houses and is still doing the job. Still will suck up dog hair but its easy to get out and will keep full suction even without cleaning.

makes my carpet look new, I add hot water and carpet cleaner and just clean, amazing at its job, plus easy to use.

If you have carpets in your house, or even floor mats/cloths seats in your car, this machine is a life saver. Really bring a whole new lease of life to carpets and once you see the colour of the water, realise the filth that we were walking on! I had one before in Australia but had to leave it behind, and I bought a new one in USA as soon as we arrived.

We used this and it did a wonderful job. Much better than the ones you can rent. We did area rugs as well as carpet. Very easy to use.

Gets the carpets super clean. Easy to handle. I only wish it would get closer to baseboards, but it does have detachable tools that do the work.

Works great picking up dog hair. Easy to clean brushes. Make sure the plastic cover over the brushes is lined up correctly before reattaching.

Made our carpets and area rugs like new. We have two Golden Retrievers and this machine does a great job with animals and soiled carpets.

I’ve been a BISSELL customer for years. BISSELL is the best. Wasn’t hard to put together at all. Used it for the first time today. Took a bit to get used to operating it as it’s a little different from my last one that I had for 5 years. Was about ready to return it but figured it out. Like that you can take the covers over the brush rollers off and clean all the dog hair out with the part that comes with it. Like that there are two tanks. And it’s lightweight. Attachments don’t attach which is good.

Simple to use. Cleaned my big area rugs and upholstry, going deep to pull out pet hair and seeped in dirt. Huge difference to previous carpet cleaner I owned. Great for the price. I
