This thing sucks!

I've used this carpet cleaner maybe less that l than 10 times in the past 2 years. We don't have much traffic through our home in the common areas that would require heavy use. We used most of the time when we had a cat. The machine is powerful and will get up most strained areas even if it's been strained awhile.

After I left my husband, son and 115lb german shepherd home by themselves for a month my places smelled like feet, butt and dog. I bought this BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pro Corded Upright Deep Cleaner and within 2 hours my whole place was smelling fresh and clean. It only took for about hour for everything to dry. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use, even for kids.

Thankfully, we had a 4 year Geek Squad protection plan on that device, and were able to use that to get this one. Took it home, and was able to assembly it easily with a quick glance at the assembly instructions. My 13 year old daughter was the first one to use it, and she had no trouble with it at all. Actually seemed to work better than the other model we had previously for picking up pet-stains and general wear and tear from 5 kids, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. Great carpet cleaner overall.
