Great Product

It was easy to put together and not as heavy as I expected. The instructions could have been more transparent but YouTube is always useful. My first cleaning took about 45 minutes and I refilled the water three times to clean an apartment (living room, hallway, bedroom, couch and pillows) and two outdoor balcony chairs. I love that the carpet is not soaked, just damped. Carpet was fully dry by morning. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.

Easy to use

The first one I owned was bulky and heavy. I upgraded to the ProHeat2X and I LOVE this model. Although you have to refill and empty out often, it is easier and lighter than my other one, but with a lot more power. I have only used it once so far and haven't had time to use the accessories. This machine is of a higher quality and it has a long warranty. Very pleased.

Better than the professionals!

It took a couple passes to get used to how to use it, but once you got the process down it was amazing how dirty my carpet was! I had my carpets professional cleaned 3 months ago and I know now that that was a waste of money! Invest in this product and you will never have professionals clean your home again when you know you will be able to do a better job. This is a purchase you will NOT regret!

Solid Machine

Sure did seem seem to pull a lot of dirt out of my carpet. Really do have to be sure all tanks are secure and fitted properly. I was getting a slight leak while the machine was sitting idle, found out the tank for the dirty water was off just a little bit. I guess I didn't have it exact when I put it back in after a cleaning.
