My wife is the primary user of the this rug cleaner. She loves it. She particularly appreciates the quality of the rug cleaner and the thoroughness of its cleaning ability. She also appreciated its lighter weight which makes it easier to use. Our prior rug cleaner was much heavier and required more effort. I highly recommend the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Deep Cleaner.

I love this carpet washing machine! I think the dirty water tank is a good size but it stops sucking water when it’s not even half full. Lots of trips to empty it. It did leak when I left it to take care of other things. I now take off ranks when not in use or make sure they are empty. I would recommend this product! It cleans amazingly well!

I have four fur babies and three kiddos with a carpeted basement family room. I knew it needed a clean but OH BOY did purchasing this Bissell tell me I should have done it sooner. It worked amazingly, and I was able to clean my carpet and my furniture! Drying process was quick and the cleaner included with the deep cleaner smelled devine.

We have rented a Rug Doctor before and wasn't too impressed, but this Bissell is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! We just had our dog pass away, having a 4yr old and 2yr old our carpets were a mess. After 3 passes with our Dyson, the Bissell picked up more dirt.....and kept pulling up dirt and hair after two passes. Yes our carpets are old, but this got rid of 99.9% of the stains. If you are looking for a good carpet cleaner and this is in your price range, get it!

We have owned a lot of carpet cleaners, and we have pets. This is the best one. Have you ever cleaned up only for the stain to show up again? Not with this one. Also, this returned our family room carpet to new like condition. We did spend extra on the carpeting 10 years ago, and now it looks like new. It is actually better than when we hired the guys with the big steam truck.

This carpet cleaner has done better than any of the Rug Doctors I rented and has been a well chosen investment. I have a house full with three kids and basically a farm animals. so most of my day is spent cleaning and I have to shampoo my carpet at least once a month. Even though I have a lot of animals in a lot of kids it's important to me that my house is clean and doesn't smell like animals

Overall satisfied with my purchase. We enjoy the water control and spot cleaning features. This cleaner gives the user better control of amount of water applied so the carpet doesn’t get over saturated. This cleaner is ergonomically friendly and as easy to operate like a vacuum.

Overall like it and it does the job but wish it could be lighter, less clunky or cordless!
