We have used the store rentals and they do a great job but leave the floor wet for a good 24hrs. This product however did an amazing job. would rate it with the rental cleaners. The benefit of this product is that I pulls a good amount of water out the carpet leaving the carpet dry within a few hours. With that said I believe it gets more out of the carpet than the rentals. Our carpets look and smell great!!!

It was very easy to use right out of the box. It did a very good job cleaning the carpet.

This carpet cleaner took a V8 juice stain out of the carpet like it was nothing. The unit is also easy to clean.

This is the best consumer carpet cleaner money can buy in my opinion. I have not found a stain or rug which this thing hasn’t performed well on. I would say the only drawback is how many components have to be cleaned after use. It’s a carpet cleaner though, so that’s expected. Overall a great vacuum. Will buy again if this one ever dies

We recently got new carpet in our bedroom and basement. Around the holidays our dog got sick and threw up on the carpet 5 separate times, and a dark pop was spilled on the light carpet. This cleaned up the vomit and pop better than anything we have ever used. Cannot even tell that something was spilled on the carpet. Highly recommend if you have kids or pets.

I upgraded my old steam cleaner and I'm very happy with the Bissel Pet Pro. I think the best feature of this cleaners is that you are able to really take a lot of it apart to clean it after use. My last steam cleaner worked well, but over time dirt and dog hair seems to get clogged in parts of the vacuum itself and there was only so much you could do to clean it. I have found that this cleaner will leave streaks if you're not careful, but I generally clean a floor twice and it's not an issue the second time.

It work great it a bit to large for the corner but overall it gets the job done

Easy to use Louder than usuall vaccum but definately cleans a lot better than others.

Easy to use and does a great job I have both wall to wall and area rugs. Did an excellent job on both I have a dog so my rugs do get an odor. This machine took care of both stains and odor

Purchased a new house with new carpeting which the pets were not used in the last house. I have used this almost once a week since it was purchased. Has removed every cat and dog stain that you can think of. I would recommend bringing the whole machine close to where you plan on emptying is as the dirty water tank can drip easily after it’s taken off.

Easy to use and cleaned better than my old steam cleaner. I have not seen my carpet this clean in a long time.

Best carpet cleaner we have purchased so far. Consistent. Doesn't leak like that junk eureka we owned previously. Does not take dozens of passes to suck up excess water. Just a good cleaner

I’m really recommend the machine is easy to use and cleaning very well!

After having another brand of carpet shampooer for the last 15 years I saw a test of the latest cleaner and this was the winner. After receiving it I tried it out and found it cleaned my carpets way better than my old one. I think what does it is the dual spinning brushes that scub the carpet and take out the dirt. Since they are all similar in price why not get the best.

With having a new puppy we have had more than a few accidents and wanted to make sure our carpets stayed fresh in the long run. This cleaner has been excellent in doing that job. I would def recommend it to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaner for their homes. The only thing I would have to complain a little about is the weight of the main head unit part. I don't think it is heavy enough and if I apply a little more force to the front it seems to suck up the mess a lot better.
