I was skeptical to buy another carpet cleaner sine our last broke within two years, realized we were doing bad maintenance to both carpet and cleaner. But i was surprised about this cleaner, it works very good. The only con is the capacity of the tanks one tank will last 1-2 rooms, but that also depends on the deep cleaning you are trying to do.

Wife an I went through a couple other brands/models, and this one was the best. Cleans on one pass and no water leakage (those were the issues we had with other brands/models). If it doesn't provide you with the same performance, then return it within the allowed time frame. We're keeping ours!

Works really well on small areas. Has a small tank and have to fill and empty a lot if doing a larger room.. other than that, luv it

This machine works better than any carpet cleaner or company. I would use this machine over Stanley steamers and over any rental. You have no idea were these rental machine have been . Why do you think people rent these machine to clean up the nasty stuff. This machine are never cleaned out completely example the brushes underneath. I you have pets this is a must have,you wont believe what the vacuum leaves behind to.

Light clean works well. When you use the deep clean cAarpet gets really wet, but gets sucked up when you switch to spot clean mode

I am simply amazed by how great this cleaner works. I had a very expensive unit previously that left the carpet wet and choked on pet hair. I was skeptical coming in but HIGHLY recommend this unit. I am getting better results than the best professional cleaners I have used including dry cleaning! This item is worth the investment and I am cleaning every bit of upholstery and carpet/rugs in my home!

I cleaned 3 bedroom carpets that had stains that would not come out. The carpets came out wonderful. I had to redo the stains again. But they came out and the carpets looked brand new. I was so happy because I thought I would have to replace them. The Bissell-Pro 2X is a cleaner l would recommend to anyone that had a lot of company or had a pet or two.

this thing is flippin awesome. gets every stain I have out. i have two dogs who like to track in all kinds of dirt in. I take the top piece that is used to suck up the water off and run the cleaner over it a few times then put the piece back on and it works great. Incredibly easy to clean as well
