Over the years, my children and pets have wrecked havoc on my carpets. I purchased this product in hopes of helping them look at least a small bit better. It worked much better than I expected! If you plan on cleaning a large area, or if you plan on cleaning multiple rooms, be prepared to use a good amount of cleaner as it is used up quickly.

Good value for money, Cleans well. Ease of use. Does not dry well. Overall happy with this

this thing is flippin awesome. gets every stain I have out. i have two dogs who like to track in all kinds of dirt in. I take the top piece that is used to suck up the water off and run the cleaner over it a few times then put the piece back on and it works great. Incredibly easy to clean as well

If you have pets, children and light colored carpets.. this is the ONE FOR YOU! It definitely works!! It deep cleans and gets rids of stains, odors like no other. I have 5 kids (2 teenagers, 2 toddlers and an infant) and a husky furbaby with satin ivory carpets.. as you can imagine the mess I have to clean on the daily! This thing has been a life saver!

My carpets were new 7 years ago and haven't been clean since. This made a noticeable difference and while not perfect it did a very good job. It was what I expected from a product in this price range. The only complaint is that the water tank empties rather quickly and requires refilling more often then I would prefer. But operationally so far no problems.

Huge improvement over prior Bissel. Easy to use and clean!

This ProHeat 2X machine did it's job and for the price I couldn't complain. I have two dogs that will have accidents or bring in mud on a rainy day so I love that it's not as big as the Big Green machine but gets the carpets clean. I still feel the Big Green Machine is the best which I would rent on occasion but to pricey for me at this time.

This machine is worth every penny!! Picks up dog hair you didn’t even realize was deep in the carpet. And the spot cleaner saved my carpet. I have 2 dogs and this Clenaer gets the job DONE!

Great product for removing all pet stains and odors.

Easier to use than last model I had from years ago. Seems to pick up lots of mess.

Cleaner is very easy to use. Easy to fill and empty. Doesn't leave carpet soggy wet.

There wasnt a book of directions with the carpet cleaner.Ive had bissel before

I have an older dog and I cant tell you how much I have used this in just a few weeks. Works great for large messes and the handheld tool is perfect for when you just want to do something small. It can be pretty loud so I would suggest using earbuds or headphones as some hearing protection.

This shampooer works amazing. I recently bought a new home 1700 sq ft. I shampooed the entire home. It took about 3-4 hrs and it didn't take long at all to dry 3-4 hrs at most in deep clean mode. The upholstery tool is really nice. I like this model a lot. Only dislike is the tank capacity. The clean water tank could be bigger and the dirty water tank the same. Otherwise it does a great job.

This does a good job as expected. Easy to put together and ease of use makes me feel good about the purchase.

I bought this for my home detour a dog that a test to P once in a while and our carpet so we used it on the stairs to when it does a great job the attachments are gray for special and stares at a time together 30 or at times so I would advise everybody to buy one of these cause I really really wanna compare to the other brands
