Got cause have 2 cats that shed & throw up on carpet some times ! Was very easy to out together in less than 5 minutes with just a screwdriver. Was easy to fill / add fluid / use. Came with 2 small test bottles of shampoo. Used the pet 1 which did 2 good size rooms. Then cleaned up in a few seconds. Great machine & also glad spent $70 more for one with heat !

This cleans the carpet and does really help with stains. When you are done, it takes quite a bit of time to clean up the machine and then make sure everything is dry before you put it totally away. So, if you are looking for convenience, this might not be for you. If you are willing to do the work and take the time needed, this is a great product to clean your carpets.

Just in case you might lose a 4 foot high cleaning machine they thoughtfully made it in neon colors... Makes one feel like their at Mardi Gras as you gleefully clean up whatever errant pet mess or remnants of a crime scene that you may need to discreetly remedy... Recommended......

Compared to some of the carpet cleaners we've tried this one is great, but it also has its flaws. For the most part it will put out the water and suck it back up just fine. However, occasionally it will spit out some of the dirty water back on the carpet randomly which is annoying when it happens because sometimes it takes more than one pass and some stain remover to clean it up. I've started dumping the dirty water more often rather than waiting till the end which has helped a bit. One thing I do like is that it is very easy to clean the bottom where all the water and dirt runs through because it all opens so you can easily clean those areas. Also, the attachment for cleaning small areas like the stairs etc is not worth all the hassle of trying to use. The suction is very poor for the attachments. I tried using it to clean the stairs and ended up just holding the entire cleaner over the stairs to suction the water. Definitely buy something else that is specifically made for cleaning small areas like stairs. Now the one thing that this carpet cleaner will do is show you how much of a good or terrible job your regular vacuum is doing. The 1st time we used the cleaner the amounts of pet hair it pulled out of the carpet was absolutely amazing and disgusting at the same time because that meant that our regular vacuum cleaner wasn't doing this very well.

This carpet cleaner is easy to use and does a thorough job.

We have 4 cats and 5 dogs. 3 small dogs and 1 big one (One more stays outside). So there is typically a lot of hair to clean up. It does a good job an getting all the hair out of the carpet , but it doesn’t actually suck it all up. I’m finding myself having to pick up clumps of pet hair to throw in the trash as I’m cleaning. But the carpets do look great. It’s just an annoying extra step I figured machine should take care of.

This is a fairly lightweight carpet cleaner that does a great job in cleaning.

This cleaner is very powerful, it really cleans the carpet deep and its lightweight. We love it!

My dog tracked mud through the entire house and within a few hours of buying this cleaner, I had everything cleaned up and back to normal. Not to mention giving the carpets a considerable deep clean- it sucked so much black water out of the carpets. Did a great job on my couch too!

So far so good. The first time I used it, I didn’t have the bottom part (the dirty water collection) screwed on right so the dirty water was dripping back on the clean carpet. Once I figured that out, it’s been an awesome carpet cleaner.
