Carpet cleaner Cleans the carpet good.easy to use.

I am a loyal customer of Bissell and have a product of theirs for every need. From the Crosswave, to the Little Green Pro, the Little Green Pro Max, 3 different vacuums, and the Spot Clean Pro - This ProHeat Machine was another addition that I had to get, considering I have 2 Labrador Retrievers. This machine does get the overall job done; however, something I've been seeing in some other Bissell products along with this one, is the process it takes to clean their machines. If you're interested in spending an additional 30 minutes after cleaning your carpets, cleaning out this machine, then I'd highly recommend it. Otherwise, I've found myself calling Stanley Steamer to clean the entire carpeted area of my house, before lugging this out and going through the hassle myself.

This is my second Bissell product. My first one was only a carpet cleaner and I loved the results I would get every time I cleaned my carpet. I have stairs and I could not get into the edges with my last Bissell. This one has the handheld mode and it is cool! cleans very well and my stairs never looked this good. It is a time consuming job but is worth it at the end.

Bissell- proheat, this one of the best vacuum I have used so far. I like that it comes with the cleaning supplies. It was my first time using this vacuum in my daughter room the cleaning was amazing I like that it removed pet stain and odors. I was also able to sanitized the room.

Great cleaner! It has powerful suction and deep cleans carpet almost like a professional cleaner. This product is in between a light-duty carper cleaner and the heavy-duty professional carpet cleaner. It's great to have around the house when you have some carpet in your house.

This makes cleaning carpets really easy and does a great job.

I can't use this until the weather warms up (must use outdoors) but it was very easy to assemble and doesn't appear at all complicated to use. I bought it because of the steam feature. We have 2 sloppy dogs and I'm tired of calling companies that charge around $100 every time they come out. After three times, this machine is paid for. This way, I can clean whenever needed.

Great product for a great price. We purchased this product as a replacement for an old 10+ Bissel cleaner that had broken over time. This product is much easier to use, maneuver, and store. It is lightweight and durable. We are very happy with our purchase.

Works good would recommend to anyone little pricy but does the job well

My 3rd carpet machine, 2 Hoover's different models worked fine until they didn't:) Wasn't sure at first on this one but the rotating brushes won me over along with the faster cleaning up of the machine. Even though I thoughly vaccum it will still pick up a lot of fur- so clean those brushes or it leaves a trail!

Works well. We have a dog that we took in when my mother in law passed away and she is 12 yrs old so she leaks and kept coming into our bedroom and would leave pee. This bad boy cleaned those stains up well and took the pee smell out. Works great

This is the best carpet cleaner I have owned! We have 2 dogs and 5 kids with multiple spills/accidents. We also use it to keep our van's upholstery clean. I would recommend giving this a try. Compared to other Bissell products and Hoover, this model has given us the best results!

I really like my new Bissell Cleaner! It's easy to use, easy to clean and it's a heavy-duty, tough machine. My old carpet cleaner had parts that broke due to age and design. This one is built to last. The hand attachments are solid. The inside of the bristle cleaning area is simple to access... I like how it was designed and I highly recommend this machine!

This is a very effective carpet cleaner. Works well and easy to use.

I like this product so far, have used it 3 times so far. My last cleaner was the same brand which I purchased 30 years ago. A lot of improvements have been made for the better.

immediate impact, helped clean up years worth of pet stains fast. Didn't see much difference between express mode and standard other than the instructions saying not to run multiple passes of the cleaning mode - doesn't matter it got my carpet clean where I needed and worth the price.
