This cleaner works great. The only down side is the tank capacity, which is why I only gave 4 stars. This is the second one I have owned, and they have made a couple of improvements since I bought my last one several years ago. I like the built-in spot treater and it is much easier to clean the rolls as the entire front cover is removable now.

It is easy to use and clean my carpets just fine. It's so hard to move all my furniture to have a professional come in---this way I am able to do sections. Plus, I have a dog & cat, so you know what that means! LOL There are bound to be messes at times. I highly recommend this product.

Machine does a really nice job cleaning carpets. Is handy to use.

The his thing can get the hair out of the carpet however it will not lift it from the carpet it’s suction is kept to a single point in the front of the roller head designed to get liquid out of the carpet but not designed to suck the hair out of the carpet so now that I’m done cleaning the carpet I need to wait for it to dry then suck it up with my regular vacuum. This one will not get your shedding hair off the carpet easily it will just remove it from the layers in the carpet. I actually ended up using a shop vac at the same time as this since it’s Bristol carpet hair removal was so powerful I used that on the carpet and then used a shop vac to actually clean up the mess and that worked out very well. I AM NOT satisfied with this product for its price range I hoped there was some way to get this to work better. There is also not an option to turn off the Bristol brushes in the bottom for when you decided to use the hose based cleaner head it would just sling violently damaging your carpet if you didn’t move it around. I ended up needing to take the vacuum apart and detaching both the brushes so they would not rotate in place while I was just using the hose attachment for my sofa. The sprayer would not spray enough cleaner /water out to soak the sofa enough to really get anything out of the sofa alone so I actually used a boiling teapot to continuously boil water and pour it on the the sofa after I soaped it up then I would pour boiling water on it and suck up the boiling water this resulted in the best outcome of this vacuum sofa cleaning experience.

I clean houses for a living. This is hands down the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. It is easy to use, quick set up, dry time after cleaning is half the time other shampooers. I love this machine and I was terrified to switch from the previous model I had been using!

I have two (XL) newfies at home and our carpets were a mess! They’re seniors and sometimes have accidents now, but that wasn’t a problem because of this product! The vacuum/carpet cleaner worked really well and cleaned up my pet stains with no problems, and made my high traffic areas look brand new! Would definitely recommend.

This BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner works pretty good. You will have to refill the supply tank a lot. Be sure to really go back and forth to remove all the solution from the rug. It seems to provide to much cleaning solution but that is how it may work. My other rug cleaners used less. It is OK built wise. Lots of flimsy plastic but no different than other brands.

Love it, great for pet stains - when I purchased this product it was for cleaning pet stains off an area rug since my doggies at the time we’re growing puppies and they had a couple of accidents. This product worked great and I was able to keep the area rug instead of throwing it away.

There's a method to using any carpet cleaner and so far, this is the best non-commercial cleaner I have used. Bissell has one of the best customer service departments as well! By the way, I have 3 dogs and this cleaner has tackled many jobs ion my house....

This carpet cleaner is extremely easy to use and has a lot of nice features. We have a area rug that is wool that we use this on and have no issues. You have to use hot water because the unit itself does not heat the water. It does pick up the moisture from the carpet very nicely and cuts down on the dry time

It has an easy setup and you can be up and running in under 15 minutes. It seems pretty sturdy, but I haven't tried pounding nails with it yet. I have someone in the house who is subject to small accident, and this has been a life saver.

My dog had a major accident, stepped in it, and then tracked it around the room rubbing it into the carpet but this got it out with no problem!

Great product! I've owned a ton of Bissel products and this hands down does the best I've seen. I would highly recommend only using the Bissel brand formula. I've used the off brand before and it does not yield the same results.

Brought this because my daughter has one and their carpet looks so good and clean.Used it 2 weeks ago,and it works as advertised,got out a couple of tough stains my son got on the carpet.I highly recommend this cleaner.

After spending a lot of time reading reviews on different carpet cleaners, this one had all of the features I was looking for. Cleaned pet stains on the first try! Easy to assemble and get started cleaning!

It works good. We use this for our area rugs in our home.

Cleans well but the dirt water reservoir only fills halfway before it loses suction.
