Finally gave up on my very very old Hoover carpet cleaner. The Bissell had some great easy clean machine features I loved because my dog sheds terrible. Even though I vacuum first, this picked up things I didn't see and cleaned beautifully. Super happy with machine so far.

Works great & picks up dog hair. Will leave carpen a bit wet as it doesn't have heating or drying options. But carpet will dry in 15-20 minutes. Will leave your crpet looking fluffy after being worn.

Cleans well but the dirt water reservoir only fills halfway before it loses suction.

I love this shampooer I just wish it had better suction to get more water up but I also am in love with the hose attatchment!!!

Went 6 years without doing a deep clean and it's amazing how much stuff this vacuum picked up. Stains we lived with for years are now gone. The only problem is the small tanks. If I had to redo everything I'd likely get the big green version, but still happy with this one.

I like this unit. It really gets the job done to clean my carpets well. It hasn’t failed to eliminate a stain yet. That being said the product suffers from the most duplicitous marketing I’ve seen in ages. It doesn’t create any heat at all in any part of the process. Do not be fooled! But know it does do a good job regardless.

Great machine. Does a good job of cleaning the carpet and it is very easy to clean, especially around the brushes. It makes the carpet look very clean and leaves a fresh smell with the cleaner that I have used.

I decided to buy my own shampooer when we purchased a new house and I was not going to be able to replace the carpet right away. Even though the previous owner had gotten the carpets professionally cleaned I was amazed at how much stuff this got out of the carpet. Having pets and grand kids makes cleaning up easy.

This little cleaning giant cleaned up some old stains that our old cleaner just couldn't clean. The set up is easy and adding water is a breeze. I did a lot of reviews and decided to try this with a bit of hesitation. After the first use I was hooked and realized this was the best purchase for cleaning carpet.

Very good machine. Make sure you use it immediately when your dog/cat has an accident. Clean the stain immediately with an old, used towel. Then use the machine. This way the machine will lasts longer.

2nd one we've bought and use at 2 locations. Best floor cleaner we've ever use. Can be used on tile and vinyl plank easily as well as carpet. We were amazed at how much dirt it picks up on flooring other then carpet which we thought was clean. Worth every dollar!

best carpet cleaner I have used so far cleans down deep does great on pet stains and spills and leaves the carpet almost dry.

After renting a cleaner from Lowe’s regularly, this has been an amazing purchase. Less of a cost in the long run and gets just as clean. The option of deep clean vs. quick clean is great for ensuring clean carpets and maintenance.

I needed this for the part hair in my house. It does an excellent job cleaning and doesn't leave the carpet soaked. Only drawback is the amount of water the suction tank holds compared to the clean tank. I had to empty the machine several times before the clean tank was empty.

It’s definitely not a vacuum for sure. Literally just to clean the carpet. If you don’t vacuum before it will leave wet balls of dirt wherever you push it too. Does get the carpet cleaning done nonetheless. But doesn’t suction anything. Tried to clean my car. Wasn’t the best for seats lol

We had an older Bissell that ended up breaking so we picked up this one. Honestly do not regret getting this one in particular! Love the little extra spray option on the bottom! It’s perfect for our senior dog moments

We love it. We immediately put it to use when it arrived. It gave a our carpet such a good clean. It was easy to use and has been useful in a variety of ways. I've been able to use it several rooms and furniture. I even purchased one for a relative.
