We bought this in February and are finding we break it out about once a month. We have pets with sensitive stomachs and kids who make just as much of a mess as the pets. The machine is fairly easy to use. I did have to tighten the seal on the bottom at one point to keep it from leaking, but that was an easy adjustment.

Now that we are stuck in the house the carpet gets dirtier much quicker. With all of the fear of germs everywhere, this vacuum does the trick in cleaning up carpet stains and dirt. I can’t go without my 2x a month cleaning. And I don’t have to pay someone else to come in!

This vacuum worked great on our carpet. One of our dogs had an accident on our bedroom carpet and this cleaned it up great! Lifted the stain and no odor... Additionally the cleaning solution smells Wonderful.

So impressed with this Bissel steam cleaner! It's so much better then other brands I've used. Smart design! It opens up the tight machine areas for cleaning out debris, than snaps right back into place. Feels like such a solid, sturdy machine. Couldn't be happier with its deep cleaning up after our cats.

I am pleased with this product. I used it to get good ole Georgia clay out of my carpets that the dogs tracked in. The only reason for 4 stars is the frequency that you have to fill the tank when using the deep clean mode. otherwise , Well built machine and good value. Easy to clean.

A good vacuum for small spaces. Ideal for office spaces

Very good machine. We only used it twice and it picked up a lot of dirt and performed well in drying the area, I would recommend this deep cleaning machine to anyone who is looking to deep clean rugs due to pet stains and urine.

This bissell carpet vacuum cleaner is one of the best purchases I ever made. I have young kids so my carpet tends to get a little dirty but with this vacuum, I can vacuum any stain and the carpet is back to looking new.

Used this on a heavily stained carpet and I have to admit that it did a great job of getting rid of a lot of old stains. It took me a few tries to get the hang of handling it but this thing really works! Although some stains weren't removed completely, most got out fairly quick. I don't recommend this for dry vacuuming although the small extension tube is pretty cool and can handle that.

If you have dirt and other mystery stains on your carpet it will definitely make a difference. Funny how you think you carpet is clean until you clean it. I would say that the water or solution runs out fast, but it work just as good as a commercial carpet cleaner.

This machine is amazing. It has many little extras, some I will probably never use, but still nice to have. The cleaning power of this unit is excellent. Overall, a great tool!!

I originally went in to buy the lower model but they did not have it so I spent the extra money and got this model and I am nothing less than impressed! This product is easy to assemble and easy to use as both the clean and dirty water compartments slide right out...bissell has done a great job with this one!

This machine did a really good job on my carpet. I would definitely recommend it to a friend as it did better than I expected. I am ashamed to admit how dirty the carpet was. If you are looking for a machine that would maintain your carpet this is DEFINITELY the machine to get and that is not to take away from it doing really well on the tough, neglected carpet as well.

The BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pro Corded Upright Deep Cleaner worked like a champ! We have 3 dogs and it did a great job cleaning our carpets. They look and feel like new again.

Does an outstanding job of cleaning dirty carpets and cleaning up puppy accidents. You do have to be patient though when collecting the liquid from the carpet. I used about a 50% overlap when applying the liquid and the same when pulling the machine. By doing this very slowly the carpets were dry in less than an hour.

When considering the options available, the Bissell Pet ProHeat X2 is giving big bang for the buck! Ease of use and universal formulation for Bissell cleaning products, I am totally pleased with this purchase. I was tempted to purchase the RugDoctor Green Machine, for an additional near $200, this was definitely a good investment and I have no regrets.

Works great, cleans very deeply, easy to clean and use

Came with a two trial cleaners I purchased a soap that was friendlier. Besides that great cleanser easy to use and clean honestly. Only thing is did was kind of ball up the hair and I had to make a couple passes over it to pick it up but it did a really good job. Water was dirty!
